Tyler was extremely helpful with helping me put my tire on my car after having a flat. Great customer service and I will definitely be back thanks to Tyler and the gentleman in the shop who took off my bad tire and put on my new one. Pallet cube!

Been coming here for a few years now and they always have the best pricing, efficient staff and honest knowledge! Special shout out to Sean who helped me a few days ago and quickly took care of all my tire needs. Will be back again soon for the other cars!

They are always friendly and have good advice when it comes to tires. Its a good idea to make an appointment even though many times you can get away with just coming in. They get you in and out pretty quickly for a tire place and the lobby has a good variety of car magazines to read and decent chairs. One thing I didn’t like is when I got my last set of tires for my truck they said they wouldn’t rub and they did but I was able to trim some inner fender parts to make it stop.

This review is not just for this Americas tire but many of them. They all have the best customer service and the best prices.

Sean, Oscar, David and team!!! Wow just wow! Over, above, and beyond fantastic. They get it done! Amazing communication skills. Fantastic service. If you need to tires don’t go any where else. They are the team to see. I am so grateful one of my friends told me about this place. If you see tires cheaper any where else including online they will price match, or beat it. I love this tire place there is one on every corner or at least it feels that way. Free air checks, rotations, and balancing always! Go see them they have got your back. If you need your tire repairs go visit them they will treat you like royalty. Thanks America’s Tire I won’t go any where else.

I changed one of my tires a while back at a different America’s tire location. This time I had a flat, so went in to check it out at TO location. It was a Saturday, Oscar was super nice, examined and mentioned that I need to replace with a new tire. The tire I needed was not in stock, so he jumped on the phone before the dealer closed this store for the day and put in a rush order to get the tire for Monday.
On Monday, they called me in the morning. Went in that afternoon, they have the tire ready and fixed it in no time and also done the balancing on all my tires for free.
They have a seamless efficient process. The customer service is extraordinary and made me very happy at the end.

I made an appointment to have my tires looked at, since it seemed as though I had a flat. Unfortunately, I was in a real rush to get back to work, and asked that they help me get on the road as soon as possible. They repaired my flat and checked out the rest of my tires in 45 – 50 minutes. When I told them I needed to pay, they told me that there was no charge for flats. Free /​fast service! I am an incredibly happy… driver? I’m not even sure I can call myself a customer, since I gave them $ 0.
They told me to check with them when I needed tires, and I definitely will.

I just bought BF 31 A/​T tires from here, they beat anyone prices, I called «Tires buy Mark» in Canoga Park, which is the cheapest place to buy tires, and this place ends up beating their prices. Save me time on driving down to the valley and gas. ATS have very professional guys and they even amoral the tires =)

I am very happy with this place! Been going here for 4 years for 2 different cars. They have the best service and I never feel they are trying to take advantage of me because I’m a female. Honest and they don’t try to up sale me on more expensive tires.
I had to take my flat tire to pepboys because america was closing. Pepboys said they couldn’t fix my tire. I took it back and went to America the next day, they told me my tire is fine and they are fixing the flat right away.

These guys are great! They helped me out and were very pleasant to deal with when I was in a bind with aftermarket wheel locks that needed to be removed (someone lost the key — long story), less than an hour before closing.

What an awesome shop. I walked in to get new tires afraid of what it would cost and how Long it would take.
When I walked in, I was greeted and asked about tires and long story short, came back 3 hours later with brand new tires and I am extremely happy!

Been doing business with Americas Tire (Discount Tire in other areas) for more than 30 years. bought my first set of tires from Discount and I have three vehicles that need tires on a regular basis, so the business I gave them was not chickenfeed.
This location has changed all that for me and not just from one incident. Pure and simple, a bad business.
Strike one: The techs lost my wheel lock during the tire installation and didn’t let me know about it. Found out the hard way after I got a flat and couldn’t change my tire on a busy freeway. Nice. Had to call AAA. Afterward, I called and asked the shop to look for it, and never got a call back. Finally went down to the shop and complained. Received an apology and a replacement set of locks after I let them know how upset I was.
Strike Two: After forgiving them for losing my locks, about six months later I went back for another set of tires. Got the tires replaced, but when I went to pick up my car, there was a lug nut and broken wheel stud that came along with the keys. When I asked what happened, got a story about it broke off when they were removing the lug nuts. Funny thing is, I just got done putting brakes on the car and had taken the wheels on and off myself without any trouble. Never got an offer to repair the broken stud, just an «oops sorry». A car guy myself, I know that this happens when the installer takes a shortcut, installs the nut in the impact gun and tries to rapid drive it without hand threading it first. So they’re giving me a story. Probably a kid who got a little impatient and thought he could save a few seconds. Anyway, I fixed it myself after purchasing a $ 2 stud at the local auto parts store. Not happy again and really starting to question my continued business with these guys.
Strike Three: Yep, I must be a glutton for punishment. Needed some tires again, so I bit the bullet and called for a quote on tires. Got an initial good price over the phone, and they told me that they’d call me back when they arrived that afternoon. An hour later got a call back, guess what, not available after all. Gave them an alternate tire, and they said they’d call me back. Waited a few hours, didn’t get a call. Irritated, I called them back and reminded them about my request. Oh? Those aren’t available either? Let them talk me into a more expensive tire, which they ordered. Next day, I drop the car off and picked it up later in the afternoon. Guess what I got as an early Christmas present? Yep, another broken stud. Never got called when it happened, never mentioned it when they called me to pick up the car and they put the wheel back on without a lug nut or stud. Safety issue anyone? I only found out when I came to pick up the car. I got the same story about it breaking off when they tried to remove it. Riiiight… I let them have it at this point and wanted to really freak out but held back as a courtesy to others waiting in the shop. I got a «I’m sorry» from the manager, and an offer to get the stud fixed at another shop, but at this stage I can’t lose my car for another day waiting for it to get fixed. Hint: If you break it, take the car and get it fixed before the customer picks it up. Not a hard one to figure out.
To add insult to injury and as an added «bonus», I noticed that the fees they charge for the tire replacement certificate are $ 7.00 higher than a year ago (now $ 22.50 per tire). If you know anything about this, the certificate is not worth the paper it’s written on once they deduct tread wear, etc from the replacement value if something tears up your tire (which rarely if ever happens, and nail punctures don’t count they just plug them). Also, they know that virtually no one goes back for «lifetime» spin balancing (another $ 16 per tire) so that’s money in the bank as well. Add it up and you’ll pay $ 154 more for four tires for virtually nothing in return other than a false sense of security.
I guess a place has to make money, but $ 22.50 per tire for a replacement certificate and $ 16 per tire for spin balancing just really aggravated me and pushed me over the top after the poor customer service. Two $ 159 tires really ended up costing me $ 426 after all was said and done. Oh yeah, also add the $ 2 and an hour to replace the wheel stud.
Last three visits=three problems + price gouging. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else other than Americas Tire and Discount Tire. I’m writing off my 30 years of customer loyalty due to these guys. Hopefully you’ll find someone who will do you right. When you do, e-​mail me…

So I got a flat on the freeway the day after my husband ordered special new tires. In getting towed somewhere, I didn’t know what to do since I knew my husband wouldn’t want me to replace all the tires while he had special ones due to arrive soon. The tow driver took me to America’s Tires on TO Blvd and I couldn’t be happier with their help! They inspected all my tires and were sad when I wouldn’t buy 4 new ones from them, but they were understanding and when I said I just wanted something cheap and temporary to last a week until our new tires came, they said they could sell me a used one. Perfect! $ 50 and an hour and a half later and I was back on the road. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable and they have bathrooms and free water (maybe coffee too?) They thought they probably could have ordered the tires we wanted faster than the place we had gone to, so maybe next time I’ll just come to America’s Tires. They’re close to my work and it’s very convenient. Unlike some other places I tend to go.

My first choice for tires. They offered me a choice of 4 or 5 different tires.
I first was up the street at their competitor.
Their competitor tried to convince me that the one and only tire that they had was the best choice.
Americas tire, had a lower price for a tire rated at 10,000 miles more of usage.
Having a choice and not being pressured are two great reasons to shop here.

The friendliest group of fellas around. Very helpful and you can tell they absolutely do their best to get you out quick. 3 minute air check? More like a minute and a half.

When I moved to CA, I was delighted to learn that America’s Tire is the same as the Discount Tire Company. One of my tires burst and I drove to this location in Thousand Oaks. They gave me a full size replacement tire until my custom tire arrived a few days later.
They don’t oversell you on something you don’t need. For example, they said I should get another tire to match the replaced tire, but my other two tires had good tread and therefore didn’t need replacing.
I always purchase the tire warranty/​insurance (my tires are a little pricier than the standard tires), which has saved me money every time a tire needs replacement. (This warranty also covers regular tire balance and rotation).
The service was exceptional and I highly recommend going to this (or any) location. As always it’s helpful to make an appointment.
