I understand this is a brand new location and sometimes things happen, but when it seems like someone goes out of their way to make things difficult for you, its time to Unilocal about it. I desperately needed a prescription filled, and this location was the only location that had it. I called to verify that they have it, yep check box 1. I asked how long it would be for them to have it ready for me, they said to estimate about 15 minutes, check box 2. Then I receive a phone call asking about my insurance information, ok fair enough I haven’t been to walgreens in a long time. I gave my information and they can’t authorize the prescription. Ok I need to make a phone call and get this taken care of quickly. Fast forward 2 hours later, I finally decided since I have already talked to several people through my insurance coverage, that I should physically go in and figure out whats going on. I walked in, they had my prescription available. The head pharmacist asked for my insurance card and literally LITERALLY a minute later I was walking out with my medicine. I don’t know if the other pharmacist was just having a bad day, was new, or just didn’t know what they were doing but seriously, causing someone additional discomfort because of(no reason at all) a miscommunication is uncalled for. I don’t recommend this location, unless you talk to the guy pharmacist(didn’t catch his name) he’ll take care of you quickly so you can get on your way
