I have had the same hair stylist since I was 14. She moved to this salon recently and of course I followed her. The salon is very up beat with an amazing staff. Teanya has always made my hair everything that I have ever wanted and she is the only person I will see. This place is amazing

I wasn’t going to write a review at all because I really don’t like to give bad reviews, but this is just ridiculous. I’m not so much angry as I am extremely sad and disappointed. It’s really hard to give a review about the whole hair salon because there are so many stylists working there, so this review is only for Roxanne.
The salon is really nice and everyone is really friendly.
I’ve been coloring and cutting my own hair for about 17 years now because every time I go to a hair salon I have a bad experience. About 3 years ago a salon cut all my hair off and now I finally have long hair again, and I’ve been taking super good care of it because I wanted it to be long and nice.
It was dark brown and I was sick of the color and wanted something lighter, like a light brown, but I wasn’t sure about doing it myself because I didn’t want to bleach it and ruin the quality of my nice hair. So I went to Tangles and talked to Roxanne and she said that she could do some highlights in it and make it brighter.
The highlights turned out blonde, which wasn’t what I was looking for, but it looked kinda cool anyway. It wasn’t until I took a shower, washed, and brushed my hair I noticed that the blonde parts were totally fried. They’re acting like rubber when I brush my hair, and the blonde hair is FALLING OFF my head. When I brush my hair, my brush is completely covered in blonde hair.
I’m extremely sad about this since I’ve been super careful with my hair for 3 years, and had really nice hair for once. Now it’s completely ruined. It takes me at least 20 minutes after every shower to brush my hair, and I have to use a ton of coconut water to even get the brush through it.
I’m sure Roxanne isn’t a bad hair stylist, but this is ridiculous. I ended up paying 100 dollars for fried hair and an uneven haircut. I’m never going to a hair stylist again.

Don’t go here. I have never been into a place where they cut your hair DRY. Like I got serious anxiety when the stylist I had started doing that. I’m too nice to say «wtf are you doing? Shouldn’t it be washed and wet first?»
Anyways, if you’re someone that wants a good cut, done the right way, please avoid this place.

I love love love my hair! Went in with a messed up Mohawk I cut myself and came out with it looking fabulous! Ashley is the best! I will definitely be coming back!

All stylists have years of experience. The atmosphere is stress free, friendly, and laid back. The salon is beautifully remodeled and I recommend anyone looking for a hair salon to stop by and take a look.

OMG I love my hair! I went to see Nicole and loved how my hair turned out. When I first moved to Colorado it took me over 4 different bad hair color and hair cuts before I found her. She is friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly talented. I can bring in a picture or even just tell her what I want and she will bring it to fruition better than I had imagined. The salon is lovely and the staff is just as welcoming and friendly.

I had Nicole Treadway and she is phenominal! She cut, colored and did my first brazilian blowout. Not only did she do anamazing job, but she completly transformed my hair. She was also very freindly and we had some awesome conversations. The facilty was very nice and everyone else working there were very friendly as well.
