If I could give this location less then 1 star I would. The retail manager is a liar who tries to rack up your bill for the sake of her paycheck. Sure sounds great when your suppose to get a free Bluetooth speaker included in your plan supposedly? Just kidding it’s gonna be a «leasing fee» of $ 15 a month. Two months later I find this out after going through my bill and its too late to return the damn thing! The guy who I first spoke with today was a jackass who clearly didn’t a crap about anything and jus stared at me and said I’m not to sure what to do? Seriously??? TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE OR BETTER YET CANCEL YOUR SPRINT ACCOUNT!!!

I was sold on a free tablet for $ 7 a month here a few days ago. I only agreed because I was told I’d have unlimited data on it. the representative lied to me. I have 1 GB data per month. I wouldn’t have agreed to this had I known that was the case. they wouldn’t even wave the $ 75 return fee for it. it’s not that much money, it’s just really unprofessional to let your employees lie to customers to sell extra product and when the customers try to fix the situation, you’re unwilling to work with them. I’m never coming back here.

So the employees were not helpful and the manager bobby was the rudest person I’ve ever met. Maybe he was never told that customer service is important in the sales industry. We promptly left this store and went to the one on 120th and found this store to be very helpful. Don’t go here if you want to be treated with any type of respect !!

The workers in this store are rude, disrepectful, and all around not good. I went inthere requesting information, on a Samsung Galaxy III. when the salesman, found out, I was only there for information and not buying, he got very rude and said let me know when you’re ready to buy and left me stadning there. Another slaesman said look online then come to me when you’re ready to buy. Well I walked out and went to another Sprint store and was treated with repect.
