Every time I go to this store they never seem to be able to help me I either end up having to call customer care or having to go to the grant store. last time I waited two hours for someone to speak with me to tell me they can not help me. Maybe staffing up would be a good suggestion to improve customer service.

This is my second time in this store. Today I had the pleasure of working with Brian. He made my experience well worth the trip. His sense of humor and making my daughter and I feel like we were his only customers. we weren’t just a number would make me come back. Ask for him when you go in. it’ll be worth it.

For starters, I’m writing this as I’m waiting in the queue to be seen. I’ve, thus far, counted four employees in the store. Only one of which is ~actively~ helping a mother/daughter ‘combo’. The second is ogling the daughter, and pacing, while the third and fourth are bouncing back and forth from the back room to the front patio(making calls out on the front patio-area). The most aggravating /infuriating part of this visit is that, including myself, there are four customers. It wouldn’t be outside the realm of possibility that the FOUR employees should, ostensibly, be helping the FOUR customers that are milling about their friggin lobby.

SPRINT is HORRIBLE. I haven’t written a review for along time but I just had to say that they are the WORST. Added service for use in Canada and it didn’t work ATALL. Nothing I could do so I was out of a phone for 10 days. Got back and called and they tried to make me out to be a liar. It took almost 2 hours on the phone to get $ 18 refunded. They made me feel like a jerk. I canceled my service no one cared at all and then I received the final bill for the first time today letting me know that if it wasn’t paid in 7 days that they would send me to collections. I thought I was going to flip. The guy I bought the phone from was helpful until the store got busy and I was sent off. I tried to call the cell number he gave me and it he never returned my call. DONOTGETSPRINT even if it costs a little less. The insurance is dumb. You pay it every month and when the screen cracks it’s $ 150. Everything about this company is ANNOYING. Don’t do it! I’d give no stars if I could and I’d cuss a lot if I could…

Some employees are not knowledgable on iPhones. I heard patently wrong information told to customers. In addition, I had to wait over 90 minutes for help. That is unacceptable.

This, Sprint store, is awesome. Everytime, i go in there, I’m greeted with a Hi and how are you. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. I will do all my Sprint related stuff at this tore for now on. Keep up the great work.
