Same story. Was scheduled to have a furnace installed today and waited around all morning. I called multiple times yesterday to confirm and all morning with no answer. Left a voicemail, no callback.
Finally Tracy answered this morning on my 6^th attempt to call and gave some lame excuse that he couldn’t find a furnace because it’s the busy season. That’s all good, I can understand that but I would have appreciated a call so I didn’t skip work to sit around all morning waiting for them to show up.
Tracy talks a big game on the phone, but won’t show up or call you to let you know they won’t be there.
We only have so much time on this earth, don’t waste a day waiting for these guys. They won’t show up or call.

If I could use a half a star I would. Tracy talks like he knows everything and then falls short. They just don’t show up or call. They book an appt. during the weekend and then just don’t show. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had to call 15 times and then they say ya we aren’t going to make it.

Rocky Mountain Air Systems scheduled an appointment for a specific date and time, and then failed to show for the appointment. I called and they told me «let me check with the person in the field, I’ll get right back to you» and they never called back, and didn’t answer my follow-​up attempts to call them. I had a friend call (they use a cell and wouldn’t recognize his number) and they answered and said they were not coming «no AC units available in the state», although they never even looked at my unit… they must ONLY up-​sell to new units even though they advertise «AC Tune-​up for just $ 59.00»
No office number, only a cell number should have been a warning… don’t trust them.
