I had never went to this place for any services before until october of 2014.. I have a shorkie (shitzu yorkie) we had been taking her to petsmart for grooming it was costing an arm and a leg to get my 5lb dog groomed. Being that I know Kathy (owner) personally for years I decided it was time to try the groomers here. I love Rhonda she’s has now been grooming my dog. Kathy is very knowledgeable in everything dog and cat she convinced me to change my dogs diet. I see a noticeable difference in my dogs weight/​fur/​and all around energy.
Everyone that works here is always helpful and pleasant every time I go here. If you’re in need of anything I say give it a try. Support small business!

Boo! After being a customer here for a year, the owner intentionally didn’t take delivery of Nutrisource Grain-​Free food after encouraging us to switch to it just a week prior. That means my 2 dogs that I took the time to switch to this food, didn’t have the food they needed. I was forced to get the food elsewhere — 20 minutes away. She is aware that my dogs take 1 – 2 30 lb. bags of food a week. I was told by the staff that they were turning people away all day yesterday and the owner knew they were out. This is like saying «Screw you and your dogs.» I wouldn’t ever buy here again as I would risk having the same thing happen again. No dogs should switch food immediately and this owner doesn’t care about you or your dogs! BTW Willow Run in Broomfield was happy to hook us up with a bag and offered to make it worth our while to buy it from them. So disappointed in this place.

I’m really on the fence with this place, it is hit and miss, and inconsistent as all get out, the attitude that is. If your so un-​happy working at a place like this then quit or move on, don’t take your tude out on the customers. The good thing I get my 11th bag of dog food free, the bad I still have to go back 8 more times to get it, the good it’s close to home, the bad, 60 dollars for a 28 # bag. The point everything cost money and attitude costs business~! Geez what doesn’t cost these days.

The gals who run Remington & Friends are great. I originally found them because they were the only location in my area that sold California Naturals dog food, and they were totally thrilled I found them online, and even recommended a nearby vet for my (ex) dog and 2 gatos. They once opened the shop for me after hours – I ran into them at the King Soopers nearby – so I could get food for our hungry pooch. Who does that? Had our golden groomed there numerous times with fantastic results. They have a great bakery with fun dog treats. Highly recommended.
