This is the place your grandmother always wants to go to for dinner. It used to be a nice steak house, now it’s more meh… The plate presentation is terrible, as if they just tossed out of a bunch of food on a plate. The food is forgettable, along with microwaved sides. The staff is the only bright spot. Usually very friendly and accommodating, the servers and hosts are the best thing about this outback.

I am blown away at how bad their customer service is tonight! This coming from the owner Chris French so who do you call to complain to when it’s the owner who treats their customers like shit? I guess you just have to go on Unilocal! All I wanted was the sampler and to have them sub the Mac and cheese bites with more cheese fries or bloomin onion petals, had it done before without any issue. Then tonight I call to order it that way I get here and I’m told they can’t do it and if I want it subbed it’s an extra charge and I need to find a coupon online(that doesn’t exist). So then she comes back to tell me she’s just going to put in an order of the cheese fries and bloomin onion petals and it’s not that much more! It’s $ 3 more! That’s a lot for me! But by this point I’m so done and over this shitty service I’m so shocked just WOW

Used the new APP on Mothers day to check in and hosts had no idea what was going on. Entire meal was the best we’ve ever had at Outback… ever! Waitress was very busy but still friendly and attentive. Ribs were damn good.

This is kind of a standby place to go out to eat-it’s a chain, so it’s nothing amazing but it’s pretty consistent. Those are good every once in a while. I’ve never had wait for a table here, which is a plus. Their menu seems to be ever evolving while they keep a lot of classics, so chances are you’ll find something you like. I actually rarely have steak here as I like to do the occasional nice steak instead, but they have good sandwiches and burgers, and even super tasty chicken tenders. What keeps this place from going above 3 stars, however, is the service. It’s not that it isn’t friendly-my servers always have been. But it’s consistently slow and infrequent-meaning the food often takes a long time, and our server doesn’t stop by very often. It often even takes a long time to get a drink. If you’re looking for something comfortable and somewhat reliable, you can’t go wrong-just know the service isn’t great.

Let me start by saying that Outback steakhouse used to be the default place I would go for steak, well not any more. What self respecting«steakhouse» can’t even cook a steak how you ask. I mean really, how difficult is it to cook a steak medium rare? I had to send my steak back twice, and it still wasn’t right the third time it was placed on the table. First steak was well done. Then they brought me a rare steak, and finally a steak cooked medium. I was so tired of the mess that they were making that I just ate the final product. Outback Steakhouse used to be the place I would go for steak, but their chefs just can’t seem to be able to cook a medium-rare steak. At least there are two other restaurants nearby that know how to cook a steak. Take my advice and choose one of the others.

Worst dinner I have ever had. Food came out wrong, waited 15 min to even order drinks, waited over an hour for food, and the manager told me he would make sure things came out in a timely manner then avoided the section for the rest of the time. 2 hours for a meal that should have taken 45min to an hour tops. Other tables got their food before use that set after us.

The steak is alright, the best part is the bread.

Went here tonight. Paid 15 $$ for ribs half rack with 4 bones. It was sad and over sauced. I never see management. My server didn’t really care, not his fault. Oh and my potato was cold. Think I’m done. #mykidlovessteak

Last night we got entrees for two adults and two kids from the To-Go window. On ordering I noticed that, once again, they have raised their prices. When I got there the food was ready at the time they had estimated so that was good. However, after getting home I noticed that the order was incorrect as my wife had ordered broccoli as a side but was given green beans. Not too big a deal but there were other issues. The mashed potatoes I had ordered were quite runny. My son always gets the grilled cheese kids meal. This time the sandwich was half the size it used to be. The quality of the meat for the steaks has gone down as well. When you see food quality go down and prices increase it is usually a sign that a chain is in trouble. This is our last time going to this location and we will only give this chain one more chance.

Not happy with the food or the Bloody Mary… The family and I wanted to go to outback because I wanted a nice steak, but wait I got was a flavorless large piece of meat. I ordered a Bloody Mary, and I received a glass of tomato juice. I even asked my wife to try my beverage, and she too notice the lack of vodka. The service was good, but the $ 30.00 steak had no taste.

We went the week before Christmas. It was busy but the wait was only about twenty minutes. The menu was a little confusing to me because it was set up like a butcher shop with all the meat selections. I ordered a steak and coconut shimp. It was very good but what I disliked is that every thing usually goes with food such as ketchup, steak sause was not offered to me. I had to get the waitress for everything. I ordered a blue moon beer and it did not come with an orange. That’s like having a Corona without a lime or steak without steak sauce. I noticed there are a lot of resturants these days that won’t give or offer you something if you don’t ask. I would expect this from fast food but not from a sit down restaurant.

The star I gave was for service. Our server was great. As for the food and so called«bartender/manager», Christopher French. NOTDOMUCH! They call themselves a Steakhouse. They can’t prepare a steak Pittsburg Style. Apparently there is a «butten» for it, they just don’t have any ability to actually prepare in such a way. The steak wasn’t horrible. It just wasn’t prepared the way that a «real» steakhouse should have been able to prepare it. On top of the disappointment of not getting the steak cooked proper, the baked potato was extremely undercooked, to the point it was not edible. In summation… great server, mediocre steak, horrid baked potato and a non/empathetic /no resolution manager.

So we had a long day of moving and decided to that ourselves to a nice dinner. We opted to utilize the call ahead seating which paid off because when we arrived wrote were seated within 5 minutes of our arrival and they were averaging a 45 minute wait if you walked in. Unfortunately my wife ordered the prime rib and I ordered the porterhouse. When my wife received her entrée it was overcooked, she sent it back when she received it the 2nd time it was undercooked. She opted to just give up and just stuck with what she had already ate. This is called a «steakhouse«but the cooks in the back don’t have the training to cook a cut of meat up to the desired temperature. To me this reflects the management. They did knock the wings we ordered for appetizers.

Terrible. I haven’t been to Outback in years and remembered why. Overpriced, server was not very nice and our food tasted like it was microwaved and slapped on a plate. Chains sucks and we spent 80.00 on two meals and two drinks!!! Stick local. Local business local fresh food.

I ordered a six ounce sirloin, Caesar salad, and loaded baked potato online, using their curbside pickup service. This was about 7:45. While en route to the restaurant, I received a phone call informing me they were out of baked potatoes. I settled for fries, which must have been sitting around for quite some time, because they were limp, dry, and lifeless. The girl who took the order said they«never run out of baked potatoes». Whether that’s true or not, I can’t attest to. What I can attest to is they ran out on this particular night. The salad didn’t seem up to the usual standards and my steak seemed underseasoned. On the plus side, everything was packaged well, and they fulfilled my request for A-1 and Worcestershire sauce, which must have been a pain to empty into a 2 oz. cup from a bottle that doesn’t dispense much at a time. You also have the option to get a loaf of their famous bread with takeout orders. It might be worth your while to ask for extra butter, as the cup you get isn’t nearly enough for a mini loaf.

Had a great dinner, Aussie fries are always awesome and had to get my ribeye of course. Service was great and I have to take my hat off to the staff when they had to deal with a customer who kept insisting his prime rib was too raw! Really sir??? It’s a prime rib. The manager took care of the bill and even though this customer clearly didn’t understand what a prime rib was suppose to look like they treated him with a ton of respect. way more than they deserved.

The worst service from waiter all the way to management. Wife ordered chicken salad and I ordered rare steak. Took 45 mins and chicken was raw and pink. Asked for new and it took 15 mins for new chicken. Manager came by with small plate of grilled chicken and asked if this is more to our liking? Are you serious — yes cooked chicken is more to our liking. no compensation. Never again shame on outback.

Worst food I’ve ever had at an Outback. Sirloin steaks had nerve running through it, pork chop was WAY overcooked and everything was super salty. The manager was pleasant and took some of the bill off, but it’s glaringly obvious why this restaurant was eerily silent on a Monday night. There is absolutely zero excuse for this kind of presentation.

The service has taken a dive… The food isn’t my favorite anymore. They no longer offer 1000 island dressing which is a huge disappointment. The last time we went there for dinner i ordered my usual 6oz outback special with garlic mashed potatoes. The potatoes were grey and runny… NOT edible. The server did replace the mashed potatoes with another side which was a relief. Not 100% happy with this location. Hate that i have to drive 25+ minutes to different location
