WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Walked into OPL nails and spa to get a full set and walked out with a full set and no cell phone! Entered 30 mins before closing I was the only customer in the salon and i had set my phone on my purse when I was told to go wash my hands… Returned and my cell phone was gone. I asked where my phone had gone since the lady doing my nails had moved my purse and she went on saying how she didn’t have it, when I set it down before washing my hands and no one else was in the salon. Should have called the police. Keep your purse and valuables in sight because they just might go missing. Thieves.

Worst nail experience ever and I’ve had my nails done at many places. We weren’t even greeted when we walked in. There was a giant black beedle walking across the floor that actually jumped on my friend. The tools, stations, and bathroom were very dirty. I would never go here again or recommend anyone going here again!

I love going here I been going here for a long time now the prices are not at all bad. I let everyone in there do my nails in I’ve never not once been disappointed I go there for my pedicures, nails (full sets or rebase) and sometimes eyebrows when I’m not to busy. It last very long my nails never break or chip. There very understanding and take there time I can’t believe the bad reviews people give them I haven’t had to switch salons since I started going here n I don’t plan on it. They can get busy at times but that’s normal with any place that does a really good job. If I don’t feel like waiting I always make an appointment it’s well worth my money and time.

This is my first time going here, and definitely will be my last.
First of all, this lady was shaping my nails and removing gel from my nails, she broke my nail by accident. She was yelling at me about how she didn’t break my nail, and how my nails weren’t weak it’s just covered by the «old gel». Secondly, my nails aren’t the same length. She didn’t take her time to make sure that really makes me upset. Not to mention they made me pay for removing the gel from my nails.
This whole experience is by far THE WORST I had. Please avoid this place.

Not a great experience. I called to make an appointment for my friend and I at least a week ahead of time. We got there and they had not reserved any time for us, so they only had enough technicians for one of us to get started. I had to skip my manicure because they started on me probably 20 – 30 minutes after they started on her. The actual work was fine, though my friend reported that they nipped her during the manicure. Also, they didn’t ask me how long I wanted my toenails to be, but just started chopping. I asked for a design and the woman who did it couldn’t speak English enough for me to communicate what I wanted. The design isn’t bad, but it isn’t great either.
Overall I think the actual work is fine. The prices are reasonable. The customer service and friendliness factor ARE bad, and for that reason I wouldn’t likely go back.

Great techs. The prices are very affordable, and not as high as you see closer to Denver. They do a great job with pedis and manis, I’ve had both. I’ve also had my eyebrows waxed here. You can usually walk-​in and not wait too long, but if you go on Saturday, I would recommend and appointment.

I love OPL… I have been going since they opened. All of the staff are great. I especially like Sean and Van gives the best pedicures I have ever had. and that says a lot! I have referred several people to Van as well and they still go to her. Reasonable prices and a nice environment.

Have been going here for over a year and a half and won’t go anywhere else. It’s a typical strip mall nail salon but Van is the best. I am very particular about my nails and she does a great job every time. She is very consistant and the prices are not bad. Would definitely recommend to others.

I have been to many nail places in North of Denver area and this is by far one of the best salons ever!
I come here about once a month to get pedicure and manicure. They also do waxing as well if you need things waxed but I have never tried their waxing.
All of their nail technicians are very professional. I have never gotten cut nor bled here. They really do a great job massaging your legs and arms when you get your treatments and they use one of those fancy electronic buffer thing for your feet when you get your feet done here.
I really love the prices here. For a full manicure with Gelish and pedicure it runs me a little over $ 40.
I usually see Van or Sean for my needs, they are really great technicians and they are truly professionals.
