Gerry was great to work with and very reasonably priced! Highly recommend him! Since he doesn’t have huge overhead costs, he’s able to pass those savings onto his customers. Most of the quotes I got were over $ 4,000 for a 2 stage variable speed furnace. Gerry’s estimate was less than half that cost. Gerry was able to install the furnace very quickly. Love my new furnace!

Gerry is great to work with. Being straight up here — not the cheapest in town but guaranteed GLH Mechanical is SOLID VALUE. I am done with cheapest. I tried it over and over. sometimes it works out but rarly. If you want quality at reasonable prices — call Gerry.

This company was straight up honest. Actually looked at my cooler and repaired it on spot for a fraction, and I mean fraction, of what I had been quoted ! Super personable and friendly. I will use this company again in the future first over anything.

Project: Repair a Pre-​Fabricated Fireplace Unit (Gas)
Gerry was always late. He broke more than he fixed. Yes, he solved the initial problem we had with the fireplace I think We have not run it for a long period yet because it’s not cold enough but he broke the igniter when he was working on it. I also had him look at the garage heater and he did not get it fixed. in fact he had to replace the regulator because he messed a screw cover up so bad he could not get it off to get to the gas adjustment screw. He was going to drill it out to get to the adjustment screw when I said no. He put a new regulator in after I said no to drilling the cap. Now the Heater won’t run at all. I am having another company come in and fix it today. Gerry is a nice guy but I will not ask him to come back to my house again.

I neede for someone to install an old garage heater. GLH plumed the gas line, installed thermostat, wired it up, and vented through the roof. Gerry was timely, courteous and got the job done right for a reasonable price. Thank you! Definitely recommend and will refer to friends.

Got a call from my property manager on Monday, and the old evaporative cooler that had been installed decades ago in my rental was rusted out an shot. I called 4 different companies to get a quote done for service, and I guess that most of them don’t really need the business, because I could only get two to go out– and out of the two, only one was prompt, friendly, and explained everything that needed to be done with a reasonable quote.
He was also clear on what he was able to do with either his wholesale coolers or working with something I got from Home Depot. Price was reasonable, and he didn’t mark up little stuff to nickel and dime me. Work was done promptly on time and now my tenant has cool air again. I’d recommend Jerry in a heartbeat and will be calling him for any work that needs to be done from here on out. Thanks Jerry– you are how responsive small business owners should be!

The A/​C wasn’t blowing last night so of course the dreaded need to get a repairman in. I work nights my husband days so of course I always have to deal with the appointments during the day. I read the review from Mike S and thought this company seems to be honest and won’t try to sell me a new A/​C or furnace maybe.
Gerry answered the phone, was over in 30 minutes because I’m close. Diagnosed did not try to upsell me and is coming back tonight to finish the repair.
