Great Company to do business with. Do not bother calling anyone else!
Dave was extremely helpful over the phone, and Mike– who did the work, was very courteous and professional. From my experience these guys are about finding solutions to drain/​plumbing issues, and not about draining bank accounts.
I will not hesitate to call this company again if needed.

I have used Drain America numerous times and am always happy with their service. They have a team of good and knowledgeable people and their prices are reasonable.
What I like most is they don’t pressure you to get more work done or try to sell you some product. If something else is needed, they will let you know and tell you if it needs to be done right away or can wait.

Great Company and very reasonable rates. I was about ready to give up finding and honest Company until I contacted David at Drain America. I will never use another plumbing company other than Drain America.

David at Drain America was the second plumber I called (they were listed second from top on my Google search). The first (a bigger brand name) wouldn’t even give me a ballpark figure of what the price would be and said «their technician would need to come assess the situation.» I said «No thanks.» Then I called Drain America. I spoke to the owner, David. I was immediately impressed with how straightforward he was about the estimated cost — which, as it turns out — was VERY reasonable. He came in exactly at the scheduled time, repaired the clogged drain and kept to the estimate. Plumbers have a bad reputation for squeezing money out of folks, but I want everyone to know the people at Drain America operate with the highest integrity AND they fix your plumbing efficiently and professionally. At the end of the job he even took the time to show my husband and me how he took care of the clog, in case we wanted to do it ourselves next time — Wow, talk about going above and beyond! Bottom line, next time you have a plumbing issue — call Drain America.
