This is the WORST medical office I have ever been to. The staff is rude beyond belief. I have heard the front desk ladies talk badly about other patients loud enough for everyone in the waiting room to hear. When they make a mistake they don’t apologize, instead they try to blame you. I told them multiple times that they have the wrong phone number for me and that didn’t change it until I talked to the office manager because they left a nasty rude voicemail on my parents phone. The Doctors seem okay. Do yourself a favor and find a different office!!!

I was seeing Dr. Alonso but I called in recently and apparently she’s no longer at the practice (thanks for letting me know guys). I asked about getting my prescription refilled and they said I was over-​due for blood work and an office visit (again, thanks for letting me know). I agreed to go in the next day just to get it over with, and they scheduled me with Dr. Simodynes, who has the worst bedside manner I’ve ever encountered. I’ll be making my next dermatology appointment somewhere else.

Mess up my appointment location. I don’t have time for that. Scheduler need a to get her sh#$ together. Wasting my time. This was enough for me to find another dermatologist for me and my son.

What a joke! This place is so disorganized, apparently ever since they got bought out a few months back, it has been nothing but chaos. The online system ZOCDOCs does not work work, thought still connected to their system. The practice dropped them, but ZOCDOCs doesn’t know that. Have to call office for appointment.
I called them. I had to call 5 times to get someone to pick up the phone. Had previously left 4 VM’s for a callback, they never did. I asked every time before I left was there any balance, girl at front was clueless, could not figure out computer system. Got a bill 2 months later for $ 200 said I was pass due, considering this was first and surprising notice I got. Nope… not going back here.

Misdiagnosis, indifference and bad sceduling! Went in for appt and not told until I arrived I couldn’t see a dr they scheduled me for so they stuck me with the nurse practitioner. She stood 3 feet away didn’t touch me but said I had acne when I knew I did not. Tried for next 6 weeks to discuss and figure out this problem and she didn’t return my communications nor did the nurses. She prescribed $ 320 of meds they didn’t work cause it wasn’t the problem.
Made another appt with Dr got there and they made at wrong location across town. Still got in and was immediately told not acne but med reaction but then they couldn’t help me because they knew nothing about med that caused it and didn’t seem to want to.
Then they wanted money up front though i had insurance and I knew my deductible had been met. Said I could get refund if needed later???
Went to another practice was given meds that worked in 5 days.
I spent total 2 months, 3 visits and $ 900 by being misdiagnosed and then not helped. I had a similar experience with them a couple years ago but thought it was isolated.
Go anywhere else but here.

Nice office staff, but the whole place seems to be incompetent. I called on the phone to make an appointment– I was on hold for 30 minutes (there website doesn’t actually allow you to make appointments as it claims to do) I get cold sores on my lip, and need to take Valtrex for it. They require that I come in at least once a year, even when there is nothing to look at, they literally just want me to make an office visit, so they can charge $ 116 to look at nothing. They refused to refill my prescription until I came in. I went in, he looked at nothing, and prescribed Valtrex. I go the pharmacy to pick it up, and it was only 4 pills in there!!! Do no go here unless you want to waste your money with people who are difficult to get a hold of, and do not care about their patients.

I can’t comment of their service, but the scheduling department was horrible. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and when I arrived early for the appointment was told I wasn’t scheduled and wasn’t in system. Luckily the location was convenient, but the staff didn’t seem to offer much empathy for the mistake.

So, I like a lot of things about this clinic. The office staff is very sweet. Their fees aren’t outrageous. But, the wait time today was ridiculous.
My daughter had an appointment today at 3:45. We arrived 15 minutes early, all new patient paperwork filled out and in hand, yet weren’t even taken back to an exam room until 4:20! The staff was apologetic and blamed it on a new computer system, but when I see patients being taken back who came in after us, I have to question the legitimacy of the claim.
We then waited another ten minutes to see a nurse practioner. He was a nice enough guy, but he spent a grand total of fives minutes with my daughter just to send her off with cleanser samples and a prescription we could have gotten at her (equally abrupt) primary care doctor.
We’ll be back, but I’m hoping next time won’t involve a 35 minute wait!

I want to start off by saying that from the first time I came to DDC I was so grateful to have found this practice. I am new to town and had tried another dermatologist at another practice. She was nice but when I needed to come in they couldn’t see me. I called DDC and I was surprised that I got in. I saw Dr. Ghisselli. She was fabulous and her bedside manner was excellent. I have also seen Dr. Simodynes and he is so good. I am thankful that being new to town I have found such good Dr.‘s to help me.

Nice office, really friendly staff, and N.P. Nielsen was great to work with! Was in and out with a diagnosis and a prescription in 20 minutes! They don’t mess around here, so if you’re looking for a place that’s quick and will get you what you need, this is it.
Pro tip: as a new patient, be sure to register and complete the patient portal online. Makes the «new patient sign-​in» process MUCH faster.
Overall, very impressed with this place. I look forward to my next appointment in two months!

Happy patient here, had MOHS, back for two more treatments and they saved my life… what more can I say?

First of all, why are there so many «Denver Dermatology Consultant PC» ‘s on Unilocal?Anyway, I went to the one in Stapleton off of Quebec. My dermatologist Dr. Hill seemed like she was fresh out of school, and kind of didn’t know what was going on. I couldn’t get her to tell me exactly what she thought was up with my skin (basically my arms and legs had been really itchy) and in the end she didn’t give me a definite answer. I told her I had done research online and thought it might be acute eczema, and all she said was that «might be» the case. In the end she gave me a prescription for an itch cream and some free samples, and left. Maybe that was her first week of practice? Whatever the cause, I wasted $ 50 and an hour of my life for her to not diagnose me. Her inexperience definitely showed, and I’m guessing this is just a place for the stay at home moms in Stapleton to get Botox. Next time I have a skin problem I’ll try to find someone with more experience.
