I use florists very often. However, I recently moved to the Broomfield area and needed to find a new one. So considering the reviews, I stopped in to hand pick flowers for a family members funeral. The lady with blonde and colored tipped hair was completely rude. I wish I would’ve got her name but in the moment I couldn’t have cared less. She made the whole experience of choosing flowers for this important day, HORRIBLE! Never have I ever experienced this with a florist before. She rushed through the process like our business did not matter. Spoke to us with no respect, even when we told her what the flowers were for. I will never use this place again. Customer service is lacking. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity along with consideration, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. Owning a family business is great, however sometimes you need a professional at the front end of things.

I called three unknown florists based on Yell reviews and after getting two voicemails someone answered the phone at Debbee’s. They were fantastic!!! The cordial person on the other end of the line helped me find the perfect floral arrangement to send to a friend. I expected next day delivery… Oh no… They delivered them for me within a few hours and didn’t charge me extra delivery fee. The card and flowers were exactly as ordered and my friend was thrilled! I will not order from another florist for my clients and friends. Top notch flowers and service!!!

I ordered flowers for my husband today, for a just because surprise and everyone at Debbee’s was great! I placed my order online and they called me within 10 minutes to OK substitutions before just using their own judgement. The flowers were delivered quickly and email updates were sent throughout the process. I would 100% recommend them and their customer service was just above and beyond for what is expected these days.

I have NEVER been disappointed in a purchase from Debbee’s Garden. The owners, Debbie and Neva, are thoughtful and courteous. They make sure every flower arrangement is completed to their exacting standards. The arrangements are worth the few extra bucks because they last and last!

I have received flowers from here a couple of times, and also used them to deliver flowers to my mother a couple of times. The flowers are pretty and stay alive for more than a couple of days. Pretty affordable too!
It is nice to support local businesses directly, when you order from an online website the flowers come from a local florist but they have to pay the referring website part of their income which is why sometimes the flowers are substituted out. Walk in and order directly or call and order, you will get a beautiful bouquet!
