Dre was very friendly and helpful this morning. He has great customer service and it’s people like that that keep me going back to their business thank you.

This is a convenient location with friendly staff, and it’s never all that busy. However, they charge $ 1 extra for a burrito bowl, which is not something that Chipotle or Qdoba do(BCB is also pricier than these places overall). I like their offerings, especially the tortilla flavors and yummy pan-fried potatoes in place of rice, but I just don’t like being charged $ 1 extra for trying to save some calories and carbs.

Owners of BCB are fantastic and great business people. The food at BCB is very tasty. Quick & friendly service. We’ve been in a few times now. It’s conveniently close to home and right near all the shopping areas I go to. Clean place! We will be back!

Whenever I make the trek down I-25 North, I try to stop at Big City Burrito off of 136. Love the food, but they could use some more clean up on the tables and the over all front area and patio otherwise it would have gotten four stars.

Best breakfast burritos in town. The Lupe sauce has just the right amount of kick. I usually get the breakfast burrito and add veggies.

Second time here. Not familiar with how to order. The first staff in the line was not patient and gave me this weird look that why you order this. Then told the cashier the same: I don’t know why she ordered this. Then they made a mistake that we paid for other people’s order. Not pleasant experience.

Thank god for Brendan! First I want to say that my rating is based on the service, not the food. The food has been delicious each time I’ve been here. However, the service is night and day depending on who is working. Last Sunday my boyfriend and I went to get burritos before the Bronco game, there was only one person working up front. The rest were in back not helping him whatsoever. He made the best burrito that either of us had ever had. By far! I had to ask his name because I’d request him if I could! His name was Brendan and he wasn’t only professional, but he listened to exactly what we asked for, was extremely friendly, and definitely working his as* off on his own. All of the food was fresh and all the bins were full. Nothing running low, he kept it stocked well. He didn’t rush through making our food and you could tell. It was again, absolutely delicious! On the other side of this coin, we went again two nights ago and it was a completely different experience. There were two people working that we could see. The man helping us(older gentleman) was not only slow, but the potatoes(a big seller) were cold and almost empty. Since we both ordered potato burritos, and he was almost out, he barely put any on. Everything(food bins) was almost empty. Because of this, our burritos had barely anything on them and were extremely small! Not a trait you normally see of Big City. The taste was still good, but the experience wasn’t the same. Maybe we were spoiled by the food and service of Brendan but it’s what we expect now. Thanks!

Cool employees, good prices, lots of variety, and quick service make Big City Burrito better than Chipotle and Qdoba for real. Will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Probably one of the best burrito place I’ve been to besides chipotle! I’d highly recommend

Un sanitary and poor service. While I was here the guy who helped me acted like it was a inconvenience and was rude. The entire time he wore the same gloves, including after cleaning and using the bathroom(I watched). When I left he still had the same gloves on and was snacking on tortillas. I used to eat here time to time. Never again!

My family and I love this place. It is way better than going to Chipotle or Q’Doba. I highly recommend the 5280 burrito as is!

Best burritos in town still to date. My husband and I treat ourselves to this deliciousness as often as we can. The staff is always so friendly to us every time we are there. I’ll always be a customer

So delicious and I would give them 5 stars but every time I’ve gone it’s so slow! It’s worth it though. Just don’t go in starving.

The food here is good, the bad taste came from me seeing the manager publicly censure the server over a non issue. Instead of just managing the issue he made the people in line and myself wait while he was disciplining the server and then made us wait even longer when he made a big deal about getting product that was missing from the line. I come here often, or did, I guess I should now say. As someone who has been in a similar position I found it very unprofessional.

I was in town, so I stopped over to Big City Burrito, as I had eaten there once and enjoyed it. What I like about Big City Burrito is the lack of politics. I stopped eating Chipotle after they started their campaign of paranoia and bashing farmers that keep the public fed. Anyway, I stopped in and it wasn’t busy. The staff was friendly and the prices weren’t too bad. The burrito maker was very polite in letting me figure out what I was getting. I decided on a beef carne asada burrito with lots of beans, rice, and salsa. I didn’t get a super size because I wanted to save a little on calories. I’m actually really happy you can get a smaller burrito — their competitor Chipotle only serves their massive 1000+ calorie burritos, which isn’t very healthy. I took my burrito home, which is 20 minutes away. So it was a little soggy when I got home, but that was my fault. I really hate the tin foil. It is thin, cheap, and annoying to peel off because it sticks to the burrito, that is my reason for rating 4⁄5. The meat was still tender, juicy and delicious. Their hot salsa is not very hot, but it wasn’t bad on flavor. I would probably eat here again if I was in town, but I wouldn’t go out of my way because there are other options close to home.

Decent Burrito. There could have been more sauces in there though.

I first was introduced to BCB when I lived in Aurora. and noticed this location a few months ago and decided to give it a try. ! I got there as it was getting later and as I walked in there was a bit of a line. Which was a good thing. It must be good if there are others there at an hour you wouldn’t expect. The staff was friendly and they had a sense of reserved urgency in meeting all of the guest needs ! I’m gonna totally check this place out again!

Fricken love this place. It’s different than Chipotle and Qdoba and I do like how I get to choose my own tortilla skin. It’s a bit expensive, but worth it.

Uh, wow. What happened here, guys? We used to be big fans of BCB, but we stopped going last year in an effort to cut down on lunches out. I stopped in to get a lunch treat for the family about 11am this morning, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Four little high school girls were working the counter, and by working, I mean standing around whining about working. They were out of chips, out of mild salsa, and seemed to want to be out of jobs given their attitudes. They were in such a hurry to get my orders through that they barely gave me time to confirm what exactly I wanted on each order. They also acted put out when my son wanted sausage on his tacos. The final straw? Charging me for two super breakfast burritos(hubby wanted a super, daughter wanted a regular), but sending me home with two regulars? What the heck happened here? I get being busy, I get being out of stuff and I get making mistakes, but I don’t get making customers feel completely unappreciated. No apologies from these girls, no smiles? Guess I’ll vote with my wallet and give you no business from now on! No Bueno!

This place had become a regular stop on the lunch rotation. The food is consistently good and the staff is usually friendly and quick. The ingredients are of pretty good quality and the value is similar to chipotle or other similar burrito joints. Try the Bella Rosa, it’s my favorite!
