I have been going to Nancy for years and she does a great job! The salon is attractive and clean. Would highly recommend La Spinas!

I had the same group on foible as the others here. I purchased the groupon, called to make an appointment, I was told there were no available appointments got over 1 month and was my groupon would not be honored after the expiration date. Tip…make your appointment as soon as you get your groupon.

UPDATE: vendor did reach out and explain position — still haven’t been there and probably won’t, but updated rating due to outreach effort Another Groupon fail. Vendor has no availability and refuses to accept Groupon at a later date. Note that this Groupon has not expired. #hownottuusegroupon So much for starting potential new customers off with a great experience.

I have a Groupon for a 30 minute facial, 30 minute massage and a manicure at La Spina, that expires on 3÷20÷13. I tried to schedule the appointment MULTIPLE times, but each time I called, I got the answering machine. I left messages, but my call was not returned for a week. On March 12th, when they FINALLY called me back, I was told that they had no available appointments between the 12th and the 20th and they would not honor my Groupon beyond that. When I asked to speak to a manager about my situation and my numerous attempts to schedule the appointment, etc., he rudely told the receptionist he was too busy to speak with me and that I could either use my Groupon as a gift certificate or call Groupon and try to get my money back. What terrible customer service! Not only did they fail to answer numerus calls during their normal business hours, they also failed to return my calls in a timely manner, preventing me from getting an appointment. And THEN, they refused to work with me, considering their tremendous lack of customer service. If that is how they treat a potential customer over the phone, I will never set foot in their salon, to see how they would treat one in person. SHAMEFUL.

I had purchased a Groupon for $ 49 for a 30 minute massage, 30 minute facial, and a manicure. What a deal! I called to see if I could upgrade to a pedicure and they happily said yes for an extra $ 10(still a great deal)! I was greeted by the receptionist who was friendly and prompt. The esthetician, Mary, was waiting for me. I went into the private room and she asked me questions about my history. Mary gave me directions and said she would be right back. She walked me through the entire facial and told me what she was doing. Mary was quite knowledgeable about the products she was using. She explained the difference between cosmedic and clinical products. Next, I had my massage. The massage therapist was awesome. She asked me if there was any focus areas and used the right amount of pressure throughout the massage. I had a lot of massages in my life and she was one of the best! The last part of my package was my pedicure. The nail technician was Joanne and she was great! She was friendly and did a thorough job on my nails. She did not rush and took her time to make sure that everything was perfect! She was always sanitizing the tools and the area looked well-kept. There was a ton of colors to choose from and she gave me a few suggestions.
