Ming Wah Chinese Restaurant

All kidding aside, this is the worst buffet I’ve ever had. The chicken sticks were good though.

The sad thing about this place is the filthy condition of the place. The food really tasted good but the nasty condition of the restaurant sent me running and to never return.

Wish they didn’t use MGS! We would love to be able to eat there as opposed to having to go to Augusta!

This place is dirty!!! I’m not recommending this place. I’m sorry I came here. There’s no other place to eat at this exit. Everything is fast food.

This town is a wasteland of corporate fast food joints so I decided to stop by this independent joint for takeout as it is conveniently next door to the Comfort Inn. I was a little concerned about the foyer, as the red couches had red duct tape as their upholstery repair. BUT this did not detract from my wonderful eating experience. I had the spicy garlic chicken with vegetables and, FINALLY, found the spicy rating on a Chinese menu to actually be hot and spicy! The portion was generous — enough to feed 2 or 3 people and included fantastic crispy fresh vegetables. I look forward to returning here next time.

The food was presented in buffet, warm, fresh and some things were tasteful. Plentiful and service was ok. The place from the outside looks like it’s condemned, the rug on the floor was old and warn but clean. Boxes and buckets with cleaning items with rubber cloves hanging off the side were sitting on tables and chairs. Old warn tables and chairs, the glass over the buffet needed to be cleaned. the place was full a local families I guess a local favorite. $ 25 for 3 people to eat. The bathroom was clean but not much better than an out house, toilets rusted to the floor covered with paint, every thing worked, just seemed like they work hard to try to put out good food but can’t seem to fix the place up to match. We were hungry coming back from Atlanta and did not want burgers so it was one of few options. We did not get sick.

I agree this is the best Chinese food I have eaten! The food was fresh and hot! The fruit is also fresh and the staff was friendly!

Ming Wah has the best Chinese in Thomson. Very clean!
