After spending a couple thousand dollars over the last year with this nursery, we had a couple of trees die. We pulled them up to take them back but we were told they do not offer any kind of warranty. These trees were purchased in April and dead in June. Out of 5 trees two died. No customer service. We just wanted replacements, you would think that they could work with you in some way. I have not experienced this type of policy with any other nurseries in the area. I will not be shopping with Riverbend or recommending them in the future. Go somewhere that stands behind their products.
