I had the chance to sample their catered breakfast items at a Red Key Network event and couldn’t believe how fantastic the egg dishes and bakery were! Definitely going to take time to drive out to the restaurant for a meal soon.

Ate the best breakfast of a three week cross country trip in this restaurant! We were greeted and welcomed immediately and warmly, seated at the counter, served terrific coffee and left to chat with the locals and decide on breakfast. The waitress asked if I’d like homemade strawberry jam or homemade raspberry jam for my toast — and didn’t look very surprised when I said I wanted both! My eggs were cooked perfectly, my sausage was delicious and those jams — omg those jams — made my toast amazing! My boyfriend had some of the best pancakes ever — and talking to the group of wonderful elderly gentlemen seated next to us made our whole day!(And the $ 3.50 price tag didn’t hurt either!)

Food was great. I ordered the farmers breakfast with sausage. Very plentiful serving. Waitress was great! She didn’t really check for refills very often but other than that, it was fine. The restrooms are extremely dirty and have a really bad urine odor which is why I took away a few stars. Definitely a nice hole-in-the-wall place to check out if you’re visiting the area!

Breakfast will fill you for the day! Help is friendly and the ambience is home-town quaint, simple. The turkey, gravy and mashed special was perfect after a morning of duck hunting. Leave your good clothes at home and enjoy this delightful small-town restaurant.

Clean dining room within interesting building(converted old house). Breakfast was the special. Too much food though(not a complaint, just trying to diet). service was friendly and prompt. Price was right. Overall a good place for breakfast.
