Wonderful showers, great outdoor spaces, nice indoor areas, friendly staff and in room thermostats made up for another nice visit — even with the construction. The outdoor area for smoking and relaxing is clean and comfortable. The indoor swimming pool has a nice ambiance, even though it needs to be heated. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The best part and the whole reason we come back is shower that is super awesome. They give you enough towels in room and at the pool. The breakfast café was mediocre.

Best hotel in the area. Super clean, great staff, convenient. Room was exceptional. Breakfast delicious. A great staff willing to go the extra mile. Would highly recommend if you want the best place to stay of all the hotel chains in Thomasville, GA

Very nice and very clean hotel. It is relatively new and it has nice amenities. A pool, sauna and exercise room are nice additions and unique for this area. The free breakfast includes sausage and eggs which is also unique. The rooms have central air and a small sitting area. The showers are unique. They have 4 nozzles. You can get wet from every direction. And to top it off, it is within walking distance of the Whataburger.

House keeping needs to do a better job. Water bottles that were in the room when I got there were never picked up and there were long hairs on my towels!
The wireless never did work, even after calling the front desk and their 800#.

Thank goodness for Cindy B and her review! I was in a hotel that just was not to my liking and wanted to get out of there fast.
Enter the good folks of Unilocal guiding me to the good folks at the Best Western. Like Cindy said, the property is new. The King room is lovely, clean, contemporary and spacious. Along with having bench seating, the shower has four shower heads. One in front, two behind and a handheld. My room also came with a fridge and microwave as well as a single-​cup-​serving coffee maker. The TV is a flat screen and I’m enjoying the free wi-​fi in the room and the friendliness of the staff.
Doesn’t hurt that this property is just a short walk from a Whataburger either. The staff seemed to know the quality of the older hotel and motel chains in the area and didn’t seem at all surprised that they’d gotten yet another customer because some other hotel was lacking.
Just like Cindy said, it’s a surprise of a Best Western. Booking online resulted in lower prices and I would also inquire if AAA discounts are accepted. I think it’s a great steal of a price for a fresh, new property!

I didn’t expect all that much out of this hotel, but it’s actually really really nice — an excellent surprise from the Best Western chain! My friends got married in Thomasville and booked a block of rooms here at the Best Western. I waited a little late to book and the block was full so I booked through my work travel company and still got a great rate. I believe the hotel is only a year old (if that, even) and it looks like the BW chain is stepping it up! The rooms are modern and spacious, and have all the amenities you need without feeling too cluttered or dumpy. My double queen room had a large flat-​screen TV, mini-​fridge, and microwave, and plenty of closet and dresser space. The bathroom is the best part — although there’s no tub, there is a sweet shower. There are actually four different shower nozzles (one standard, one hand-​held, and two ceiling sprayers), and you can turn them all on at once! The décor and linens are clean and simple — modern. The beds are comfortable, although I need softer, smaller pillows for my giant noggin. There’s wireless internet throughout, although I never got a very strong signal in my room.
The hotel has an excellent continental breakfast like standard cereals and fruit, a waffle iron, pastries, bagels, and muffins, and hot food too — scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy. Yum! There’s an indoor pool and sauna, and right next to that is a fitness room with a treadmill, stair stepper (or something similar), bike, and weight machine. The hotel staff has been very accomodating with our wild and rowdy bunch, and even seemed a little sympathetic to us when the neighbors complained about the noise from our impromptu parties! I don’t really forsee a trip to Thomasville in the future, but I’ll definitely be checking out the BW chain for travel from now on.
