All Weather Heating & Air Conditioning

My air-​conditioner broke down. I called Head’s but they were a no call no show after they said they’d be out. Well, it turned out to be a stroke of luck for us.
I came to Unilocal to see who is considered good. I was disappointed to see that, at the time of this writing, there were no reviews for anyone, outside of Head’s.
Now here it was, after 5:00 p.m. and I figured no one would be able to come out. I decided I’d just leave messages and whomever called back first would be my guy. To my surprise, one of them actually answered the phone, that was William Langham, owner of All Weather.
He was still at work and was kind enough to stop by our house on his way home to take a look at it and tell us what the problem was. Our compressor was fried. He gave us an estimate after telling us what would be involved. I called around and asked other places the next day about what they’d charge to do the work. All were higher.
Mr. Langham explained that it’s a family run business so they can under bid others since he doesn’t have to pay other people or workmen’s comp and so forth.
I was worried that it would be a week or so for them to be able to get out here to do such a large job, but they were here the following morning at 8:30 a.m. I was thrilled!
Mr. Langham is such a very nice man and is very clean and professional looking. He’s also quite personable. All in all, I’m very pleased. I just wish I didn’t have to call in the first place.
