Avoid this place!!! I have messed up eyebrows because of the employee here. I had to tell her twice they’re not shaped correctly. She had the nerve to tell me that how my eyebrow are. I’ve had my eyebrow for a decade. so I know how they are. Just unprofessional and untrained group of people. Will never go again

This is the second time that I did my brow threading over here. I’m pleased with how my brow is shaped. They offered to draw my brow a little to even up the tone. Although the lady tried explaining the products hat she was using on me, she wasn’t pushy about getting me to buy them. A younger lady helped me today. The older indian lady was a bit fiercer when she threaded for me the last time. This younger one is very friendly and nice.

I came here the day before my senior photos, to get my eyebrows done. I told her to «clean» my eyebrows and not mess with my shape. Not only did she completely ruin my shape but she was going so fast that she cut my skin in multiple places. Her excuse was that I had«ingrown hairs» and when I asked for her to show me the ingrown hairs in the mirror, she couldn’t. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done at least once a month for the past five years and I have never had such a bad experience.

I just left Shapes with the worst eyebrows ever. Omg. The eyebrow tech who did my brows left them bushy and without any type of shape. As I pointed out things I did not like she said she couldn’t fix it and had to leave it like that. I have never experienced such a botched up eyebrow job. It looks like I have 2 half moons above my eyes. There were no other customers when I walked in, yet I was not greeted. These women are extremely rude. Shapes did not used to be a bad place to get eyebrow service. I will never patronize this business again and if you care about your brows, you shouldn’t either.

If you want rude women doing your eyebrows wrong this place is perfect for you. It’s completely unorganized in terms of how the queue line works. They skipped my sister and I six times and everytime we spoke up, they feigned surprise. The lady I had went way too fast and did my brows too thin. Oh well. It’s not like I have prom tomorrow or anything. Don’t give your money to these women. I used to think it was okay because they did my eyebrows decently even though the customer service was seriously lacking. But this sealed the deal for me. Again, if you don’t mind paying to get treated like dirt mixed in with a 50% chance of them botching your eyebrows, then come here.

A threader in the woodlands, finally! I cannot wax and have enjoyed the convenience of finding a threader in SFL, but though the woodlands was lacking until i stumbled upon Shapes. At first i thought it was just waxing– but i saw some a woman getting her eyebrows threaded through the window and immediately went in for a look at the menu. Better prices than my SFL threader. They did a great job and my brows are back to their old self– shaped and clean. I feel like a new woman and am so grateful to have these skilled ladies who know their craft at Shapes– definitely cannot live without my eyebrow threading! The location is super convenient– located in the woodlands mall on the 1st floor mall entrance of forever21.

Oh my gosh this is the WORST place to get your eyebrows threaded. I had a woman literally chop off the whole top of my eye brow & then apologize & say I can use makeup to cover it up… I had another woman raise her voice & scolded me to hold my eye tighter. I just got up & left. Totally rude & unprofessional. There are cheaper/better places to get your eyebrows threaded.

Fast, clean, brow shaping. If you can’t stand pain, don’t get your eyebrows threaded. If you can tolerate a bit of pain, go to this brow bar because they do a great job! I like my eyebrows with a bit of a sharp arch, which they did very well on. $ 10 for baby soft eyebrows/lids. Will be going back.
