MW at Cochran’s Crossing has always had my cleaning done on time. They are very customer friendly and I enjoy having my clothes cleaned there. It is not the closest cleaner to my home but it’s worth it!

I had been using MW for several months. We had a few issues(two lost shirts and one the looked like it got caught in a machine and was ruined). After an initially difficult time getting communication, the plant manager: Daniel Hanys called me and rectified the situation to my satisfaction. We believe the lost shirts may have been because it was the first time in and were not tagged yet. From now on, I will explicitly tell them about any new shirts in the batch. I like this place and the people and have rated 3 stars A-OK. This rating will likely go up in time as I continue to have good experiences.

Been doing business with these guys since Jan 2015. The deal is that they pick up and deliver your dry cleaning to lockers assigned to our apartment building. According to the drop off box in the building, pick up is scheduled for 9a — five days a week. When they pick up your stuff you’re supposed to receive an email letting you know that it’s been picked up. When they drop off — the same. So far, out of the 10-times that I’ve sent stuff in, only once was the stuff picked up on time and ONLY twice have I ever received an email notification telling me that my stuff was ready. Done the customer service thing, to no avail. Just last week I had to go through every locker with the hopes of finding my items. I did… eventually, along with stuff that I had sent in two weeks prior, which I had been waiting for but forgot about because NOEMAIL was sent! As far as the actual cleaning — not bad, although removing stains seems to be a problem for them. To me, customer service is everything and if a business offers you some sort of deal/plan then it should stick with it – Period! If you feel the same then I suggest you go elsewhere and spare yourself the aggravation.

We’ve had great service every time, love the home delivery, and never had any issues when we had to call. Great customer service!

One of the biggest rip offs around. Take a few items in and it will cost about as much as the item itself. I had one $ 100 shirt ruined, and many more that came back w a horrible smell. I have no idea why ppl go there. On top of all of this, the prices are outrageous.

Quality of cleaning and friendly service is top notch. I can’t argue that. The price, however, is far too high. I realize you get what you pay for, but I can live with a little lower quality at literally half the price elsewhere. If money is not a concern, this is the place to go.

Pros: Delivery/Pickup is nice Cons: Price Shirts and pants are wrinkled 75% of the time(from bad pressing more than transit) I’ve been using MW Cleaners for almost four months now, and I can definitively say they are the worst cleaners I’ve used(out of five different places). They will lure you in with a discounted first month, and you will not realize how expensive they really are. A single pair of pants to be dry cleaned is $ 6.66 with tax. A single shirt is $ 2.33. This is more than double any of the other cleaners I’ve used, but yet I can’t find a reason to use MW other than the pickup/delivery. In fact, my clothes are pressed worse here than any other place I’ve been to. They usually will replace broken buttons, but I’ve noticed more broken buttons here than with any other cleaner. In all other aspects, they’re mediocre(overall cleaning, stains, customer service, etc). So why would I pay such a premium? The convenience of saving 10 minutes a week is not worth it. TL;DR: MW cleaners is way overpriced without the service to match. I do not recommend them to anyone.
