This place is awesome. It’s great for breakfast and lunch!

This place is really wonderful. Very classy employees with great attitudes. Made suggestions on the foos that paid off. I do not like places where the employees habe no suggestion or excitement about the product. These guys did. Would recommend. Would go back. Great time and environment.

This was my second time going to Hubbell and I ordered the ahi tuna burger both times. Loved the flavor and the atmosphere. However, this last time I ordered the ahi tuna medium and got food poisoning. Not sure if it was undercooked or if the tuna went bad, but I got horribly sick two hours after eating it and threw it all up. Such a shame because I really liked this restaurant and didn’t expect poor quality food here.

I’ve lived in The Woodlands for 5 months, and finally tried Hubbell & Hudson… so glad I did! My boyfriend and I went for happy hour. We were seated in the lounge in a cozy booth with a close view of the fireplace and an impressive wine display. What we ordered: Happy hour drinks — Great prices & great quality! Happy hour shrimp cocktail — Somewhat small, but very delicious! Happy hour onion rings — Wow, soooo good! Satisfied my fried food craving for a while :) Entrée pork chop — I don’t eat pork but my boyfriend raved about it. It looked succulent. Side of mac & cheese — Rich and creamy goodness! A very generous portion for a side dish. Side of Brussels Sprouts — Oiled and broiled to perfection! Also a very generous portion for a side dish. Side of Roasted Artichokes — Best artichokes I have ever tasted! Tangy with a zest of lemon and olive. So delicious! I would order everything we had again; it was all really great! Thanks H&H! Great service, too :)

Perfection! Place is nice and casual, plenty of seatings, inside and out, salad bar looks delicious and fresh(will have to try next time) and staff is friendly and attentive. There was always someone cleaning the tables and checking on the salad bar. I ordered the grilled fajita steak wrap with sweet potato fries. Great portion of food. I hate big portions because I don’t like to waste food but I also don’t like leftovers so that’s a plus for me. The wrap had an even portion of filling, was not stuffed with fillers and ingredients were fresh. Also, a pet peeve of mine about wraps/burritos, is excess tortilla. I didn’t have to tear off any excess tortilla here. There was a good tortilla to filling ratio, definite plus! Can’t wait to try other items.

This place is so yummy. I ordered the salmon eggs Benedict and it was really good! The orange juice was good, the coffee was good and the service was good. I will definitely be coming back to this place! If you haven’t tried it for brunch, you should!

I could always count on great food and great service especially for breakfast. We stopped in on a whim and we were just going to have coffee. Well, I couldn’t resist coming here and not having some breakfast since it’s a never fail 5-star foodie experience. So I ordered a breakfast burrito with yummy chorizo instead of bacon or sausage. The tortilla was fresh and delicious. The salsa that comes on the side is wonderful. I don’t care for the caramelized onions on this combination. So skip the onions. Yum, yum, yes, yes! The surprise star of the show was our coffees. Mr. G ordered a «Cafesito» Wow! Order this! Retro! Remember making a piece of buttered toast and sprinkling some cinnamon and sugar on it… well, this coffee tastes like a homemade cinnamon blast of yumminess. Our other surprise was the Peppermint Mocha. Ho-Ho-Ho. A jingle tasting cup of holiday. Don’t miss!(Plus, lots of cute Christmas foodie gifts in the market area)

I’ve been here several times for dinner and lunch. It is always amazing! I am never disappointed when I try something new there either. I have moved away for school but my family still lives near by. When I come home I always try to fit in a dinner at Hubble & Hudson. Also check out the grocery store… its really more then that. Perfect if you wanna pop in and get some fresh desserts or food to take home when you don’t feel like cooking. I wish I had something this amazing near me now.

First time here. Excellent avocado bacon Benedict! Potatoes cubed exactly the right size and flash-sautéed just perfect as to add a slightly crispy outside. Best breakfast potatoes I think I’ve ever had.(With tiny pieces of bell pepper sprinkled in to enhance the gustatory significance). The Benedict was super too… The English muffin«halves» shaved perfectly as to avoid that«too much dough» overload; and butter-browned to perfection. Not too much bacon, hollandaise sauce creamy and perfect in augmentation to the whole taste experience. On the table(free to indulge in!) is a signature bottle of their Hubbell and Hudson mango habanero spicy sauce. I’m going to buy a bottle before I leave this place! The only reason it’s not 5 star is because a «café» go this quality shouldn’t skimp on the amount of beans they use in their«bold» house coffee. Underwhelming… But… I’m coming back…

This is a great spot for casual dining at it’s finest. My daughter-in-law and I had a lovely lunch with good conversation in a pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend the Cuban sandwich and sweet potato fries we both ordered. Yummy

It’s a nice place to eat. I would take my out of town guests here to experience the menu. My husband ordered the turkey Brie sandwhich, which was really good! There is a cranberry spread that made the sandwhich that much better! I got their cup of soup & large salad lunch. Price is a tad too high for that. However, you get a bowl to fill up your salad bowl and toppings. Fresh cut fruit. Pasta was a little too dente for my liking. There was a huge selection of hummus. Menu is not very clear. Most salad bars are all you can eat. I don’t think this one was, but you can create your own. One of the chefs did come to our table to ask how our food was… that was neat! Love the story behind this kitchen and the chefs!

Ambiance is great and a lot of menu choices but way overpriced and the food is not great tasting. I ordered the eggs benedict. The eggs were too hard and the bread was over toasted. The potatoes were terrible and practically burnt. Been here a couple of times and ordered the same thing and it was cooked the same way. Unfortunate because it is a nice place and reminds me of San Francisco dining ambiance.

Went for a business dinner with a party of 6. We were conducting a meeting during the dinner and never felt rushed. We spent 2.5 hours at our table — the service was excellent. We ordered three appetizers, the bone marrow was by far my favorite. I ordered the lamb as an entrée, this was the most disappointing part of the meal. The lamb was so undercooked I could not determine which part was fat and which was actual meat. I ended up picking at it but did not enjoy it at all. The drinks were creative and tasted amazing. I would have given this place 5 stars if it was not for the raw meat.

Came here for dinner and was thoroughly underwhelmed. To begin with, we had to wait 20 minutes before the waiter even came to our table. He was rushed(due to a large party) and it started our night on a bad foot. The entire meal felt rushed. The wine we ordered was out of stock, but another was suggested. We ordered 2 wedge salads and 2 ceasars. Decent, but nothing exciting. Then we ordered 2 filets, scallops, carrots, salmon and asparagus(it was supposed to be to share, but there were only 6 pieces). The steaks were ok, the scallops were cooked perfectly, but the flavor was boring(carrots all over the dish – really?!?) and the salmon was ok. For a $ 450 meal for 4, I was highly underwhelmed.

Thought I’d give it another try. Ordered a burger — plain, w/just lettuce and bacon, along with a side of mashed potatoes and a soda. My wife had a salad and water. With tip your looking at $ 3o bucks. Result: burger arrived with no bacon on it. Side potatoes. As I picked them up, I asked specifically, «are they warm»? He cheerily said«yes». Got to the table and realized that they were cold. Back up again. Expressed my discontent to Manager and asked to speak to the manager in charge, which was Jason. After finishing our entire meal Jason had yet to introduce himself. Frankly, the attention to detail on the cooked meals is lacking and for these prices they need to do better. Stick to the salad bar and avoid the hot meals would be my advice. I’d rate the burger as fair.

Cool spot that reminds of me of eating in New York or a busy metro city, where you have little room for dining so you put your tables in the showroom floor! It is a pretty epic sight dining with fine wine and beer coolers, to me that is AWESOME. The food menu is huge, the shopping is very organic/gluten free and interesting to say the least. You walk in and see a fireplace patio going, a full espresso/beer bar to get coffee or fill up a growler of beer to take home. You also see a café window to get food to take home and eat that has raw meat, burgers, quasadillas, steaks, etc. So grab a menu check out the long list of items they have GLUTEN-FREEBREADWIN! It is Udis Hamburger Buns by the way. We had the truffle brie burger which was eh okay… I could have made a better burger. Could have done without the green tomato and brie but it was well put together and looked pretty. I couldn’t taste a hint of the truffle and the sweet potatoes and walnuts were a good side dish but a little on the cold side. I’d probably come here 3 – 4 times a week if I lived near here but the food for our first time was subpar for the prices. The atmosphere itself was 5 star. Also grab some gelato or crème bru lee on the way out! updated to 5 star for manager outreach! I love great management.

I had high hopes for this place, being pretty close to work and having an overload of eye candy and healthy food options to anyone’s delight. The first time I came here, I got one of their burgers which was PERFECTION. Juicy, flavorful meat topped with melty cheese and a pretty good bun. Unfortunately, the burger doesn’t come with fries(which is a separate purchase), so you’re paying about $ 10 for a burger by itself at lunch time. The second time I came here, I got a different sandwich, and it was just okay. Meat was a little dry(did I get the chicken sandwich?) and toppings did nothing to enhance it. Maybe I should just stick to burgers? I had also gotten fries, which come in a tiny mini-deep frying basket. Which is cute, but the novelty doesn’t make up for the fact of a small serving for a pretty penny. Also, every time I’ve been here, they always have a ton of flies whizzing around my head! But besides those things, this place is great. Not only do they have food(salads, sandwiches and burgers, etc.), but they have a mini market with niche items, a salad bar, an alcoholic bar and indoor and outdoor seating. I think this place could be so much more if they perfected their food and got rid of the flies!

Uh, gnats everywhere… really??? There were even gnats inside the case that contained croissants. They were resting on the bread, and I’m sure laying eggs… However, the menu looked appealing as it consisted of several items that I would normally indulge in: ribeye, cold smoked salmon, in-house soups, and an extensive salad bar. I just don’t like those items with gnats… I went with the 2 stars because I don’t want feel stupid for purchasing overpriced chocolates and a bag of salty and sweet almonds. All of which were purchased at a register, manned by a clerk, that was being inundated with gnats… smh
