FedEx Office Print & Ship Center

Came here at 9 at night with an urgent shipment for a family member that had been in an accident out of state. After a long exhausting day I needed all the help I could get. Even though it was late i received a warm greeting from both employees that were working. Brian helped me and was super. He took care of packing and made sure my items were protected and secure. He was very kind and accommodating. He got me taken care of quickly.

I have mailed packages to Canada twice form this location and both times there has been an issue with the customs forms.
The first time I specifically asked Josh, who has been at FedEx at least since 2011 (according to his name tag), if there is anything else at all I need to fill out such as customs forms, valuation form, etc. He very smugly said «no» in a «don’t you worry your pretty little non-​FedEx employee head about it» way. I was thinking okaaaaay you’re the expert. I got a call about 5 hours later from another employee of the store who rudely demanded that I come back and fill out the customs forms that I should have filled out (just as I thought — but who am I to argue with Josh the Shipping Expert). I very nicely explained to the second employee that I would not be doing that and told him what transpired that morning between me and Josh. He called me back and humbly apologized, which was nice. He filled out the customs form for me and the package arrived without problem.
About a month later, I shipped another package to Canada. Just like an idiot that would definitely be hired at this FedEx location, I returned to this FedEx location. This time I was prepared. I pre-​filled out and printed the customs forms yay me! I handed the packet of forms to the She-​Moron behind the counter (also as smug and snarky as Josh the Expert). I told her that all the forms have been filled out and do I need to fill out anything anything else? She assured me no no everything is good. Really? I get a call from FedEx a day later saying there is no custom forms. WTF? Never coming back here except maybe to buy an emergency over-​priced pen.

I have used this FedEx Office several times over the last few months for packaging various items from Computers to Dive Watches to simple FedEx Mail. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The store has always had exactly what I needed from custom fitting computer shipping material to a custom box and packaging for a very expensive watch/​Dive Computer. These guys are surly as good as it gets.
