Great salon! I’ve had Binx and Natalie both cut my hair depending on who I can get in with and it always looks great. I get tons of compliments. Highly recommend

I do go there for my Haircuts. Natalie is the best. She is a «Senior» Level hairdresser but worth every penny. Your hair is your crowing glory and your cut is what makes it. The manicurist I went to there for awhile can do a good job put usually doesn’t. so… Also expensive. I don’t mind paying for expensive it I get a wonderful job, if not forget it. They sell products that are very high end. Some are worth it and some not, son be wary. They are owned by the same one’s that own the beauty school here. They send students over to do pedicures. They also hire hair dressers straight out of beauty school. I knew it and a local here told me that. I guess we all know it.

I went to Salon Jaylee for a consult after having my hair very messed up at another salon in the Villages. Josh took his time in going over what needed to be done to fix my hair and he made me feel very comfortable knowing I was very nervous after having my hair so wrongly done. Josh was able to fix my color and make my hair look as close to natural again. I will be going back to see Josh again! Thank you for fixing my hair and making me feel good again!

I have frequented this Salon many times over the years. I stopped going to this location because of Management changes and so much negativity that it was not enjoyable. Well, let me tell you. I gave them another try and I am so glad that I made the move. The front of the Salon is handled so professionally by Mr. House. He has such product knowledge and so willing to help. They set my appointment with Alexa Stafford. She is precious. She listened to my concerns we talked and I was in love with my hair. The Management Team at this location is awesome. The Stylists are all smiling and compliment each other’s work. It is fun to come and get pampered in a beautiful clean salon with happy stylist. So, if you have been there in the past and were unhappy go back and try them again. You will not be disappointed!

I bought a house in The a Villages last year and am only in Florida 3 months. I looked all over for a salon that used my color line and could only find one in Ocala. Since that seemed a bit far to drive for a color and cut, I took a chance and booked an appointment at this salon with Somer. They use the Schwartzkopf(sp?) color line which I now prefer over my color line back home. Somer also does a better job with my color and cut then my stylist back home– I’d like to take her with me back to Minnesota. I’m glad I found this salon.

Worst pedicure I had it was expensive and no foot or leg massage, they don’t even do everything that’s involved for a pedicure, I was in the villages for the day and wanted a pedicure so I made the mistake and stopped in this salon, never again !! They are very pushy and fake won’t return, one more thing the massage chairs are terrible, there loud and don’t even massage, they will never last, there are much better salons around the area, don’t waste your time you’ll be sorry !!

I’ve been going to Salon Jaylee/Dimensions for over 2 years. I’ve never been disappointed in the service and Somer does an amazing job with hair color. You get what you pay for. …and Somer and her staff are top notch :-)

Was not impressed with this salon and don’t intend to ever return. For one thing, it is extremely expensive. All hair services are charged«a la carte». If you decide to use their salon make sure you establish the cost before you even commit to an appointment. It was not busy at all that day and yet it took three hours to have my hair colored & cut(I have very short hair). And finally the stylist and I agreed upon a light shaded color swatch. The stylist left it on my hair far too long and the front and sides near my face ended up being almost black in color rather than the light brown that we agreed upon. I called the salon to speak to the stylist. My phone call was NOT returned. I’ll continue my search for a decent salon.

I received a phone call from one of the managing partners who wasn’t aware of the issue I had during my visit. I assume they read my review and want to get to the bottom of the problem. She was very apologetic and offered to have me come in for a new mani and pedi to make up for the problems. I was already on my way home so I wasn’t able to come in so they offered to refund my money since they couldn’t make it up to me with a new mani and pedi. I feel that since they took the problem that they were not aware of and dealt with the employees and did everything they could to make my experience a little better I can give them 5 stars for caring enough to reach out to a unhappy customer and try to make her happy! I would consider another visit in the future because I believe the owner will take care of the issues we discussed.

I was new to the Villages area and needed a new salon. This a convenient location so I gave it a try. I am a usual user of a different product line, should have just ordered them online(closest it’s available is Orlando). So, I tried one of the stylists which did an ok job and purchased a few products. At home, loved the Gold Lust oil, but really disliked the moisture masque. Spent more than $ 200 just on the products, $ 53 on the pedicure, and $ 50 on the cut and blow out. After trying the Gold lust, shampoo, and masque I purchased, I wanted to return ONLY the masque. I was told I could not make the return just because«I didn’t like it.» I was also told that I didn’t use it properly. Really? I love my other conditioners, they are truly top of the line unlike this stuff which is just average. I would buy Pantene before I’d buy Oribe again, except of course, the Gold Lust. Anyway, this was a very disappointing experience for a new customer who just spent more than $ 300 in the salon. Will never return again or ever buy products there again. Horrible service, would rather drive to Orlando!

I have no idea why the other reviewer was so negative. This place is great! Love my cuts & my kids too. They always take great care of us. There products are pricey but they work great. Nothing saying you have to get them. Use self control! LOL Ask for Jani he works wonders!

I went here twice. I was conned into buying hair products for several hundred dollars that were mediocre at best. The guy who cut my hair both times spent more time repeatedly trying to impress with his«Skills» than listening to my requests. The first cut was barely passable and the second was one of the worst I’ve ever gotten. I know they recently renovated so it seems that they need to pay off this renovation by hawking lots of high end products and charging top dollar for lousy cuts.
