The owner of this shop is incredibly rude. I visited this store midway through a long distane tour with my son looking for a box so I could take my bike on the greyhound for a leg as we were behind schedule. Not only was he no help in locating a box, but he literally pushed us out the door. I visited the next day to provide feedback. I was unable to finish a sentence before he cut me off with more bad attitude. Such a pity — great location for a shop, unfortunate that it’s a place where the customer is always wrong. Guess I’ll wait till Spokane for my tuneup I’d planned to get here. Btw, bike boxes are available just a few blocks away at aok pak n ship

I’ve visited this shop once. I was disappointed that there was no bike parking outside the store. What kind of bike shop doesn’t have bike parking?! I chained up to a street sign and went in. I was promptly asked what I needed, given my supplies, and sent out the door. Quick service, but not exactly friendly. I was shocked at how empty the store was. They have a large space, which is mostly empty. Its the emptiest bike shop I have ever seen. I think they should carry used items to fill some of the space, which would also offer more opportunities to their customers. Upon exiting the store I did note that there is a bike rack inside the store. I’m not sure why they didn’t put it outside. I’m sure I’ll be back in the future and will discover the repair side of things. A friend of mine went there and they tried to massively overcharge him for a part. They also wouldn’t quote him a price for a tune up.
