Do not stay here under any circumstances !! Aside from it being extemely dirty and outdated the management is awful. They treated us poorly from the moment we arrived accusing us of making the reservation wrong. Then I left something extremely valuable to me in the room and they will not send it back to me. Even though I offered to pay for any shopping or extra charges. I have never been treated so poorly by a company that is supposedly there to serve the public. Plan on writing bad reviews everywhere which I never do. Pay $ 10 more somewhere else, don’t give these rude people any of your money

Wow, the motel that time forgot. Not super clean, but comfortable enough beds. Coffee is possibly the worst ever made. The bathroom has not been updated since the 60s, which gets it retro points. Cheap rates and nice staff.

Wow, this place is something else. We knew we would not have deluxe accommodations for $ 88 a night, but this was well below par. For one thing, the proprietor was gruff over the phone. He was friendly in person, but there were many irrational warnings in the lobby(no back-in parking, a $ 130 fine for a misplaced cigarette butt…). The first room he gave us was incredibly musty and there was no handle for the shower faucet. He reluctantly gave us a different room, but didn’t seem to document the change in any way. The second room was more tolerable, but only had one towel. He was quite put out when we asked for a set. A moment later, our neighbors attempted to enter the room they were assigned only to find it already occupied! We made it through the night and moved to the motel next door first thing in the morning. We were more than willing to pay $ 30 extra for a safe, clean and sane room.

I have to go four stars on this motel for its class. Sure it’s dated but the check in was easy and the staff was friendly. It was a hot day and the room was cool and tidy. Plenty of cool water and pressure in the shower. Plenty of room amenities, nice tv, and decent wifi. All for $ 60 including tax! No complaints, we’ll be back for sure. Great location right in the city center.

For $ 60 a night the bed was fantastic the shower pressure was incredible and the water got hot really fast. TV does not have many channels and the sound is really poor and the AC /heater is incredibly loud. But a pretty nice little place for what I paid for it and I would come back again

As someone mentioned, this hotel is more than adequate for a nights stay. The price was right at $ 50/night when I stayed there, plus $ 10 if your bring a pet. The owner was really friendly and even gave my a bowl and a little blanket for my little doggy. I rolled in here around midnight and lugged my crap up the stairs to my room. I actually was pleasantly surprised. There was actually a lot of room even with the queen sized bed. There is a computer desk and a moderately sized TV, a small couch, refrigerator, and a microwave. That was pretty much all I needed and more. The bed was comfy and it didn’t smell bad in the room. A couple of things to note: I wish there was a light in the shower because I just felt like there wasn’t enough light in the bathroom. The shower stall has tile in the bottom not unlike that which you would find in a college dorm bathroom. So I’m glad I brought my flip flops. There was really good pressure in the shower, but I don’t think anyone over 6 ft or 6’1″ would be able to fit comfortably in the shower without having to bend down. Sure the general look of the motel and bathroom may seem outdated and a tad retro, but there is something a little charming about it. Also, this motel is right by some railroad tracks. I think I have gotten less sensitive as I’ve aged and I hardly noticed it. I think the train doesn’t blow the horn as it comes by but the sound of the train wheels on the track may be a bit much for light sleepers or possibly people with babies/children. Also, the lights flickered a bit as the train went by. The WiFi is all right. Not super super fast but it works and didn’t kick me off the whole time I was there. This motel is basic, but served it’s purpose for the night. As any avid traveler knows, bring an extra extension cord or power strip as the sockets in the room were super packed. I would stay here again. It’s not the Ritz but that isn’t what I expect nor expect to pay for one nights rest.

Exactly what I expected for $ 50/night. It’s quaint and outdated but I find something endearing about those traits. Con– our room was freezing all night but our heat source was one of those air conditioners that hangs out the window and was almost louder than the trains that go by through the evening. Oh well, we’ll be back in the summer, definitely.

Very adequate motel for a quick stop. The rooms are quite small and the bathroom really small, but it was very clean and the bedding was new and nice. The beds were comfortable. Parking was not the best — not enough spaces up front and we had to walk through a tunnel kind of thing from the back lot, which at night wasn’t the best. But overall, it was a good experience and I’d much rather pay what I did than over $ 100 at any of the other choices.

We had one of the King rooms. King bed, CRT television, small loveseat, small table, mini-fridge, and microwave. Just a simple place to stay. No frills, other than a friendly call to our room once we had unlocked the door and began to unpack. The front desk called to see if everything was okay. It was, and we thanked him for calling. Very unusual, and I am in hotels maybe 25 times per year. The bathroom and miscellaneous furniture are not updated, but the bedding felt new enough and was very comfortable. The shower was approximately 30″ square, so be warned if tight spaces are a problem.
