Do yourself a favor and call someone else. I was staying at a friends house, and the air conditioner wasn’t working. The homeowner, my friend, called Link’s and made an appointment for a tech to come out to the house and check it. They were supposed to show up on Wednesday afternoon. No show and no call! I called them the next day to follow up, and the gal in the office promised that the tech would be there«right after lunch.» He showed up at 230pm. He was nice, but his solution only lasted for half a day. I called back on Friday, and they said they needed to order a part that the tech thought might be damaged. They would come out on Monday and fix it. Monday comes and no show and no call AGAIN! My friend called them to find out why we kept getting stood up by a company. The gal on the phone said that I had called only to complain that the AC was too loud and that the AC worked. She basically lied to my friend while I was standing next to him with her on speaker phone. She promised the guy would be out the next day in the afternoon. Again he showed up a 3, stayed til 6 and the new part didn’t even fix the problem. Now we needed a new valve… that would be here on Friday but he couldn’t fix it until Monday. My friend called them again and they came out on Friday afternoon to fix it. So this is two weeks, three visits to my house for which I had to stay home and wait hours for a repair guy, TWONOSHOWS, two new parts to finally get my 2 year old air conditioner fixed. The gal in the office was rude and lied to my friend. The tech was friendly, but clearly he didn’t care about showing up when promised. There are other AC companies in the gorge. Go with someone else instead unless you like bad customer service.
