Cowboy’s Grill and Catering

We just had Cowboy’s Cater our wedding, 24 Aug 2013. The food was absolutely amazing! Our guests kept telling us how much they enjoyed the food. Food is usually one of the biggest expenses for a wedding but this was worth it and reasonably priced! We got the bacon wrapped tri tip and teriyaki chicken. Both were very tender and moist w lots of flavor. Jim’s Food helped make our day perfect!!! Thank you, You have my highest recommendations and will definitely be using you again!

Cowboy’s Catering, owned by Jim Olheiser, is the absolutely best caterers in the Gorge due to the incredible quality of food they make, their excellent professionalism, and their willingness to bend over backwards for their clients.
Cowboy’s has a very diverse menu and can accommodate any function and adapt their menu to the crowd (i.e. vegetarian, lactose free, etc.). Their forte are gourmet BBQ buffets which are out of this world, and they actually grill the meets on the spot or can cook and deliver depending on your venue location.
We had a reunion sit down dinner for 85 people and ordered the BBQ buffet which included: bacon wrap sirloin steak, grilled chicken, baked potato bar, vegetarian bow tie pasta salad, green salad, fruit platter, dessert, rolls, punch, and coffee. The food was so upscale and delicious that you would have thought we were at a 5-​star restaurant. And this is no «one time through only» buffet– there is so much food that everyone got their fill with plenty left over. The desserts were in fact three different types (strawberry shortcake, éclair, and chocolate cake) individually made and plated for us and were outstanding as well. Did I also mention that Cowboy’s also provided the plates, silverware and cups, plus they set up and cleaned everything for us as well?!
The price was extremely reasonable and Cowboy’s can work with any budget and any size of group. I am now looking for events to host just so I can hire Jim and his crew again and again!
