Horrible experience both times and now my saga continues with defective furniture and more appointments and no one here is standing up to fix this mess. Jeremiah (manager) Michelle Jackson (sales rep) everyone passes the buck when correction is needed. I have a leaning bed on the wrong box spring with misshaped leaning slats that hang over the railings giving a leaning effect. This was a gift I would never shop here. Try Restoration Hardware people. This low budget furniture is not worth it.

Horrible shopping experience… been waiting for my furniture for 2 months. They GUARANTEED my delivery Oct 4th. Got the call for delivery Oct 5th… Wife and I took the day off to make sure we were home, realized they never called for confirmation the day before. I called them that day and they changed the delivery date to the following Saturday without notification. I asked for an explanation on how this can be done without letting me know or that they didn’t guarantee the delivery date and they only apologized. Caitlynn the manager there told me she was going to follow up with the warehouse and make sure she follows up with me everyday to make sure the furniture will be making it there and never received a phone call. I want my furniture but regret purchasing from Rooms To Go from this location.
