I met Chris on FB through a mutual friend. His posts would come up and after a while o thought «who is this guy?»
In all honesty, in the real estate realm I’ve never come across a more knowledgeable professional. Nowadays everyone and their momma is a real estate agent and you really never know what you’re going to get. I haven’t bought a house yet but I KNOW that when that day comes, I’ve seen enough to make my choice super easy.
But there’s more,
It’s one thing to be a damn good Real Estate Guru; but that alone is not the reason you should put your trust in this man. In addition to being a badass in the Real Estate game he is also badass at life. Every first Saturday of the month he organizes a community event to make meals for the homeless. He makes himself available to share insight and guidance to people wanting to get into real estate.
You can look around but you won’t find a cooler guy than Chris Ohlig!

I have known Chris for many years now and can vouch that he is one of the best in the DFW area. Chris took the time to visit my house when I was *thinking* about selling to give me his professional opinion. My gf (at the time) was looking to buy a house. I was extremely impressed with how much time and effort Chris would put into researching the house to make sure she did not over-​pay. There are a lot of bad realtors out there so just save yourself the hassle and contact Chris. Period.

Hands down, the BEST part about building our dream home was working with our realtor. Every question was answered and concern taken care of. No contract was signed without careful consideration to make sure we weren’t getting into something we couldn’t handle. Chris attended every meeting morning, afternoon or night. My husband and I were taken care of from lender company to moving company and everything in between. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
