Nastiest place ever! Thank god it’s out of business! I guess the health department shutting them down over and over finally worked. Hopefully, the McDonald’s corporation will open it back up under a new owner. It doesnt to surprise me that it was so bad because all the managers were teenagers and the owner was never on site for complaints.

Filthy McDonalds. No supervision and certainly no Q, S, C. A teenage boy was cleaning the floor and using a spray bottle to soak the floor instead of mopping it up he just stood in the corner and when i mentioned that was someone was going to fall he quipped that he would finish mopping the floor when everyone left. The bathroom was very dirty. I worked at McDonald for 8 years as a young person and so my standards are high… obviously McDonalds standards have eroded. I’m fortunate to live in such a great upscale area but it should be noted that this McDonalds has consistently been managed poorly since it opened.

I would say out of the 10 times I’ve been to this particular McDonalds, they have messed something up 8 times. They are by far the worst McDonalds in DFW. I always try to give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt when they have bad service, but every time they show their incompetence. I ordered breakfast at dinner the other week. They had me pull forward and they would bring it out to me. I waited 28 minutes!!! 28! WTF??? Today I went through the drive thru and they screwed up my order. I went inside to get it fixed and there was no rush to get it fixed. I waited about 15 minutes for them just to get me the items they forgot to put in the bag the first time around. Did not prioritize. Idiots. Wrong orders, slow service, cold and soggy food. Shut this place down.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s ever. You will be much better off just driving to one of the other locations. I live close to this location so we try it every so often, and each time I am blown away at how much they can manage to mess up the simplest things. Tonight it was mcribs with no sauce at all(you don’t even want to know what that looks like. Bleh!) I’ve also ordered iced late and been given hot coffee, when questioned they threw in a handful on ice cubes in(great, still hot and extra watery!). Once I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich(which should have lettuce, tomato and mayo) they put a slice of American cheese, mustard and onions– what? How do you even mess up that badly?! I could go on all day because its literally like they try to mess up, I’ve never once had a proper order from this location. Anyway. For anyone who actually looks up McDonald’s reviews, please, just save yourself the frustration and avoid this location.

Horrible service. Cold food. Always missing something from the order and the staff seems to always be rushing. Time isn’t everything if you have to go back through and ask for missing items. Take note from Chick Fil A… it can’t be done fast and well.

Worst McDonalds I have gone too. I live nearby and today I went through the drive thru for breakfast and they messed up my order AGAIN. I am done with this place. They get my order wrong more then they get it right.

The worst McD’s I’ve been to. This time I just left the line after waiting 20 minutes. The first time I waited 30 mins for my food. There’s no consistency here. Never coming back again.

I’m rating this McDonalds and comparing it to other restaurants in the franchise. The one plus side in their favor is that this is a new modern store. Nice contemporary furniture. Nice overhead menus. Kids TVs. Excellent. Unfortunately, the rest needs improvement. The staff are constantly conduct themselves unprofessionally. Who’s break is it? Random loud talk that the entire restaurant can hear. Staff meetings at the registers. Very slow on everything. Even when no one is in the store. The tables are dirty. The floors are dirty. The restrooms are dirty. There are flies all over the place. This is a new store. Everything should be spic and span. The good news is that this is all very correctable. This is a leadership issue starting with the franchise owner on down to management. Until this is improved the store will not live up to it’s potential.

Sadly, this is the WORST McDonalds I have ever been to… orders are always wrong, the staff is worthless and bewildered at basic tasks and the drive-thru takes forrrrever. Really needs to be improved… I end up driving to Lebanon/Legacy instead just to get a $ 1 drink.

Unfortunately there is not a negative star category. Cliff notes version. The manager argued w me how long it was taking to get an order. 30 min to be exact. While I waited I also saw the filth and that the place was in shambles. There were 4 other people waiting on CORRECTED orders! You would think a company that gets a PASSONTHEHEALTHCARE bill could spend more $ on training! How does Chic Fil A manage to run a tight ship?
