I absolutely love this place! If I don’t buy a house by the time our lease is up, I will be staying for sure. I highly recommend this apartment complex. My boyfriend and I are musicians and we also have a dog, but we never get complaints, and we don’t often hear anything from other apartments. The office staff is amazing! They are so friendly and very helpful. They encourage the neighbors to get to know one another, so we feel part of a community.
They have a car and dog wash area, a pool table, a pool, security and have events every week.
The only complaints I have are that some residents have not been picking up after their dog (this was recently addressed by management), their dog park is easy to escape for the dogs, and they water the lawn way too often and so the mud is pretty much constant.

I’ll be honest, when I was apartment hunting there were places in the area slightly cheaper, but none had a gate or an on site security guard. That goes a long way towards feeling safe when I’m running out to the car after dark, or leaving for work before light.
Additionally, the one-bedroom I’m in has TWO DOORS into the bathroom, which keeps guests out of my bedroom. It doesn’t sound like much, but my housekeeping skills aren’t the greatest, so in a pinch I can just shut the bedroom door.
The staff are all great and super helpful, and my neighbors are mostly great, too.
I almost forgot to add that the maintenance team rocks! They came through next day to fix the garbage disposal, and within 30 minutes when we the air conditioner was acting up.
This is a great place to live.
