Well after my falling out with another Great Clips location, it was time to try this out. (see my review on other great clips)
What I like about Great Clips, it checking in on the moblie app. This places your name in front of any walk ins. Soooo, by the time I check in and drive in, my wait is very small.
I like the fact they place by past hair cut and preference in their system. I don’t have to explain it everytime I go it.
The stylist, Jessica, did an outstanding job, very professional and out going.
I know I can get in and out within 20 – 30, so for a busy person like myself, this is golden.

Been to other great clips before so I thought this would be a similar experience… I WAS WRONG. I needed a simple shampoo and blow dry since I was short on time. I got this service done at other great clips and all they do is shampoo and dry it enough so I can step out without water dripping. I didn’t have time to sit and get it style. I asked for my hair to be shampoo twice, stylist ignored my request. Then when he went to dry my hair I noticed they were using a dirty brush on me. They do not sanitize any of their instruments!!! YUCK!!! That really concern me and told him just to start drying my hair. The blow dryer went out 3 times Because it was old and broken. He then gave up and said it was done. I told him my hair was still very wet. And he had the nerves to say «it is a hot day it will dry when you go outside»
WTF?! Needless to say. I WOULD NOT RETURN. SAVE YOUR $ and go somewhere else !!! RUN!
