Mr. Ewing is an exceptional chef. I love to eat at nice restaurants but when I cook at home the food doesn’t come out tasting anywhere near what you get at some these fine dining establishments. I’m also a huge fan of great steaks and grill at home almost daily. Mr. Ewing came and showed me how to prepare the steak (Filet) properly and how to make it taste just as good if now better then some of the finest steak restaurants in the country. Well worth having him show you how to be a cooking master.
