Kainoas is a great place, take out or eat in. The food is always good and consistent. The staff is friendly and courteous, as well as informative about their dishes on the menu. Kainoas, also reminds me of Hawaii. Yes, there are food trucks and other small places that have very similar dishes. I miss the Islands, I’ve visit 3 out of five of the main islands. Mahalo and Aloha.

Tasty Hawaiian BBQ! It’s a little on the greasy side, but the sauces/marinades that they use are excellent. The food arrived hot and cooked well. And my smoothie was awesome! I definitely enjoyed the smoothie the most. And Kainoa’s has great prices and good portions. The staff was very friendly, and I had a good experience here. I’ll be eating here again.

This is the real deal. It’s like one of the roadside plate lunch joints in Oahu was picked up and dropped into the middle of Thatcher. The only big difference is Kainoa’s is clean. The meats are all perfect, as is the sauce. No matter what you get, make sure to get some fried spam with it. The Hawaiian slaw and salads are excellent as well.
Come to the Gila Valley for your Polynesian cuisine.

Came here on the recommendation of a local as we were passing through town. So glad we stopped. The pork had great smoky flavor and the sauces were great. Good menu selection and the prices were good. Décor is Hawaiian themed and upbeat fun music plays in the store. Very authentic right down to the black styrofoam containers. Will return if we ever pass this way again. Would be five starts except the chicken Katsu was a bit bland

Decided to check this place out after reading reviews. Ordered the Katsu Chicken with rice and mac salad. Everything was excellent. Great flavors. A word of caution, if you order the spicy sauce they mean it! Place was clean and service was friendly. I will come here again.

Kainoa’s is a great place to eat. There paradise wrap is the bomb! Bulgogi beef is out of this world as well as the fish tacos! Just wish the employees weren’t so depressed looking.

Really good food. I ordered the special wrap that day. The meat was tasty. The tortilla they used… not so much. Loved the meat my husband ordered. I would go back just for that! They are pretty friendly and its a nice atmosphere. They use a lot of nice spices in their food. I want to go back and try their other food. Yummy :)

My husband and I tried the Lani Ono and fish tacos. The lani ono tacos are better but both were very good! We don’t live here in Safford but when we return, we will definitely be coming back to this place.

Took one of my employees here for lunch and I have to say I am pretty impressed. Aside from not giving teriyaki sauce for the rice with teriyaki chicken (now I just know to ask) everything was great. I will definitely be back.

Yummy! I love their wraps! Their cole-slaw and chicken is good, too. I’ve heard they have good shakes — I’ll have to try them out next time!

Fish and chips were very greasy but once I rung them out they were okay. I did get a smoothie and have actually come back twice just for those. I will try their food again but until then, I’ll keep getting smoothies.

This one of a kind eatery provides a bit of the islands in the middle of the desert. The smoothies are delicious, and the wraps are a perfect meal during the hot days of summer and the cooler months as well.
