The car wash is quick and easy. I love to pull right up, pay by credit card machine, get the wash and leave. All while seeing the line of cars at the new HEB car wash across the street just sitting there waiting and waiting! No wait at Shell and just as good of a car wash. Never had any problems here.

The car wash stopped in middle of my wash job it did not rinse or dry the vehicle, so I go inside to inform the man he says yes it threw a code 3 you must have took your foot off the brake I replied no sir it was in park he said no the vehicle moved I said no it didn’t I have been through many car washes I know how they work he replies well it did 80% of the job you want $ 2 dollars back I replied no I want a refund or complete rewash. You will never come to my shop and pay 100% and only get 80% of what you paid for. After a few minutes he finally agrees to refund me. I ask for a copy of receipts he asks why I said I want copies of what took place today. I get about a minute down the road and realized he gave me the receipts but no cash back. I drive back walk in and say… well sir you got me you gave me only receipts but no cash back. This place is not customer friendly, tried ripping me off and the car wash is no good DONOT pay for a car wash there you will not get what you pay for.

I purchase gas here regularly because Texas City is painfully far from Montrose/Midtown, and my company tells me I have to go. Sigh. There is nothing special about it, but there is plenty of space to park your car to pump gas. The rednecks have no problem wheeling their gigantic SUVs and trucks into the station for their daily fill-up. And I’ve never seen them run out of gas which is important at a GAS station. That counts for something right?
