Went to charley steak subs today! Terrible. Took forever to get food and my sandwich wasn’t even cooked all the way. Then no ketchup. They told me to go to great wraps to get some and guy there said I would have to buy something to get ketchup. Their food court is a joke!

Well it’s not like I expected GREAT service from a food court anyway, but damn… Great wraps has let me down completely, first of all the employee that helped my friend and I looked like she was stoned, and took her sweet time making a wrap for my friend. The sign says that they have guacamole, the woman very rudely said they don’t… Change your sign if you know you don’t have a product, i asked for a cup of water from the fountain and she said «oh it doesn’t work, we only have bottles of water» then she only put a tiny bit of cheese on my friends fries… Literally only a few drops on a couple of fries… Listen I understand that you may hate you’re job but you’re in customer service, which means you need to serve your customers. Last time I will ever grab a snack while shopping here!
