Office Depot

Horrible place of business. Do not use their shipping services. I dropped off 3 packages to be mailed out and all of them went missing. Spoke to 3 different managers and got the run around. The packages never left that building so it’s pretty clear there is a thief working there and management is covering. I’m out money now because these were eBay packages. Do not use this place of business!

I had a huge MS Word file with many photos inserted throughout and took it in for printing at their business center. They printed it without a hitch and the quality was excellent! It was so convenient because I needed a special envelope and to have it mailed. They had it all right there on the spot. It was so convenient! I will definitely remember that in the future. I thought it was much better than any Kinkos I’ve been to. I have to admit I love Office Depot and like being able to give them my business because they were always so good to me when I used them for my law office needs years ago. They were very customer service oriented, and I found myself not price shopping because I knew they would take care of me if I had any difficulties with my purchases. I bought all my printers and computers there for that reason. I wish more companies understood that people put a lot of value on making sure their customers are satisfied rather than just bottom line sales.
