My wife’s favorite burger, and one I enjoy a lot too. You can tell it is not a frozen patty, and they have them cooked pretty quick. My only complaint is they only accept cash.

This little café/bar/boat ramp/bait store can start to get semi busy for the«lunch crowd» after about 1130, although seating never seems to be a problem. The large ½ lb burger is handformed and delicious. It comes with your standard ingredients: lettuce tomato and pickle. Lightly seasoned crinkle cut fries come with the meal, so for $ 6, it’s a pretty good deal if you want a good burger. Not quite as good as Gus’ on palmer, but much more reasonably priced. The waitress/bartender is always nice and courteous.

Went yesterday evening. The beer is really cold, gumbo was full of large shrimp,(not the tiny frozen things from some other country) and good. But the Holy Moses burger, OMG that was the best burger I’ve had in years! We’ll be back.
