While on the road stopped to get a parfait and oatmeal at about 7:30PM. Waited while all the other customers were taken care of. No one asked if I’d been served. I went back to the cashier and asked about my order. It was then that they told me they ran out of the parfait. Luckily another cashier overheard the conversation. She offered to put one together. How can an oatmeal and parfait be such a delay? This is one Mc Donald’s that needs help.

Trash can overflowing. Floor covered with a layer of grease making it very slippery. Bathroom badly in need of service. Homeless people lingering inside and outside of store. Service was polite, but not accommodating at all. This is one of the worst McDonalds experiences I’ve ever had.

My standard for service at a fast food restaurant is not really all that high to begin with, but this place really fell short of this already low standard. We have stopped here several times on trips between Austin and Memphis, and each time I was amazed(and not in a good way). While the place was insanely busy, a good chunk of the staff seemed to be trying to avoid working(slowly filling up cup dispensers, cleaning and re-cleaning an already clean counter, etc). I did my share of working fast food when I was younger, but I had never seen anything like this. It was almost surreal. I have no complaints about the food, but it took us far, far too long to get served given the number of employees behind the counter.
