Value priced rooms. Sadly, the facility was showing signs of wear. The heating system was malfunctioning the night we were there, there was a strange smell in the hall, convenience bar was barely stocked, just another sign things have changed. The night manager was pleasant enough, but there didn’t seem to be an option to change rooms. The room was clean, and the breakfast bar features hot items we enjoy.(Hot oatmeal, coffee, waffle maker, fruit.) Still an okay value and great location. Just seems to have lost some of the extra attention we noticed on previous visits.

I was presently surprised by this hotel. Very spacious and clean, with friendly staff. I stayed in the 2 queen bed room and was very happy.

Called here on Saturday evening to make a reservation. Was told«we are booked up» then promptly hung up on by Carla. Called back as I was calling to make a reservation for the next week, not that night. Tried asking her questions about the rooms and she stated she didn’t know if they had certain rooms, she was unsure about breakfast hours, etc. I could tell something was VERY wrong with this woman, and decided to just book and call back the next day and speak with a manager since they offer free cancellations anyway. I asked her if she could email me a confirmation number and she told me she was«too stressed out» to do so. I don’t think I’ve ever heard that before. Called back today to speak with another rep and I realized it’s not just poor employees but poor management. If you can’t answer simple questions about the rooms, you probably shouldn’t be working here. Cancelled reservation and booked at another place with at least better etiquette.

The pros: The lobby looks very nice and the cookies at check in were a nice touch. The cons: The room smelled strongly of men’s cologne. There is mold on the ceiling above the AC, and the bathtub is corroded and has a big rust stain in the middle. I definitely wouldn’t want to take a bath in it. Won’t return.

The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was outstanding! The rooms were very nice & clean. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the shower! I recommend this hotel very highly! Our next stay will be there!

No one cleaned the room after the 1st night. I called the front desk to advise and let them know we needed towels. I was told they would call right back, which they did. The answer was that we could come to the front desk and get our towels. No offer to clean room. After that we noticed ants all in the living room on the carpet and chair. My husband told the front desk clerk in person and the response was«it happens». My 9 year old twins were scared to sleep there and ended up going to our cousin’s house that we were in town visiting. Again at checkout, my husband addressed issues. We were told«the best we can do is $ 20 off». My husband was told to call Viren Patel the GM. I called Mr. Patel on 03−10−14 and advised him what happened. He seemed concerned and agreed that does not«happen», or shouldn’t. I told him I have never had problem with ants. He apologized and said he would credit back 75% of our entire stay immediately. He said he would call me back that day. After a week, there was no credit back and I never heard anything. I called back on 3−18−14 and left a message with no response. I called again on 3−21−14(today) and spoke with Mr. Patel. He offered to credit back $ 40. Advised that was not acceptable and that he previously said he would credit 75%. He said«that is all I can do». Advised I waited 2 weeks for a credit as promised and nothing was done. He said it was only 1 week. Advised I spoke with him on 03−10−14, left message with no response for him on 03−18−14 and I had to initiate the call again today 3−21−14 due to no response. Advised again that I was not in agreement. I understand issues will arise, but this was not handled appropriately when they did! My family will not be staying here again.
