Kwon’s Taekwondo Martial Arts

Grandmaster Young A. Kwon, was my First master In USA in 1993, today I run my own school, and all thanks to Grandmaster Kwon. in my opinion he is #1.

My three year old son has been attending Kwon’s Taekwondo since last July, when he was just shy of turning three. When I first called, Grandmaster Kwon made us feel very welcomed and offered a free class to try. He was the nicest, calmest person to talk to and didn’t make me feel rushed at all with my questions. My son has learned greatly from the structure and discipline they provide at Kwon’s and above all, he comes out of class every time smiling and proud of his accomplishments as Grandmaster Kwon, Master Jayne, Master Greg, and Instructor Mike all instill wonderful attributes the children such as respect and patience, learning and concentration and being the best you can be with continued practice. My son has fun with his friends that he has made at Kwon’s and I love to get to watch him having a great time while he is learning valuable tools and lessons that will help him in real life, especially in being a respectful, moral and mindful, compassionate person. The instructors all display these characteristics and I am so thankful I found Kwon’s this early in his life to be positive role models for him! My daughter has been at Kwon’s Taekwondo for 9 months so far and she loves it. Master Jayne, Master Greg and Grandmaster Kwon are wonderful instructors with patience and a passion to teach their students with sensitivity and kindness. The school not only teaches the art of Taekwondo but also the Korean language. They offer a wide variety of programs for both adults and children and are reasonably priced compared to other schools. Also, they sometimes offer a 1 month free with a free uniform just to try it out.
I would highly recommend sending young children here to learn the martial art and discipline.
