Lowest Quality. Frozen Chicken Tenders not even fried they seemed Baked Zero flavor. Honey BBQ Style was just same generic flavorless chicken smothered to death with Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Even the Ceasar dressing(ceasar not Ranch) that came with it was not House made but some generic store-bought plastic-tasting junk. Roast beef was cold and tasted Old. Just cheap ingredients and shortcut ways of preparing them = Low Quality not worth the money for this food.

Try a large beef 3 way and some buffalo fingers! You can order online and they also have a drive-up window. A nice little roast beef spot in Tewksbury.

Jimbos never disappoints whenever I go here with my family they always get the order right and it is always fresh and delicious. I recommend trying their honey BBQ chicken wrap or their fried pickles they are so good! Well everything else is good too. Seriously love this place thank you Jimbos for great family meals

I’ll give this place 2 stars for lousy customer service. Me and my coworkers usually order from Milan’s in Lowell due to their great food and exceptional customer service however every once in a while we try to switch to try new places. The first glitch with this place was when we ordered and got the wrong meal, some guy who assumed was the owner, flew into a rage and trashed the food infront of us. we vowed never to go back. One year later, I returned. Last night, I ordered a salad complete with choice of dressing and usual puta bread… I waited 45 min, salad arrived, steak is cold, no salad, no dressing. I call back. I tell the girl I’m on break. My job is 5 mins away. It takes 30 min to get my dressing. I called the shop and said it’s too late and my break is gone and I said I’m so mad and I’m never coming back. and she answers. With a nice casual tone… OKAY! Wow… I’ll never ever return and will be sure to spread the word to my coworkers.

I ate here after a concert i went in lawrence. Ordered around 2 am(they stay open till 2:30 fiday nigt). i had the chese and steak roll, the pizza roll, the rice, the garlic bread, a small chese pizza, on large order of honey barbecue wings, one large order of the mac and cheese bites and an order of the steak fries.(yes i ordered all of that) Everything tasted great. Just the bread was a little tough(although ordering bread at 2 am i mean. of course it will be hard). Everything else was good, specially the wings and the rolls, those were awesome. Oh, they also gave me a free 2 liter soda(i got a coke) with my order. Very nice little place, i went there to pick the food up, you can see the people cooking your food, it looks very clean too. Great place overall. Try the rolls, the wings and the mac n cheese bites. Recommended.

By far worst calzone I’ve ever eaten. It was watery disgusting. Won’t ever come back again.

Would be five stars if not for the fact that it takes so long to get your order. Even if you are the only customer in or at the drive thru for one sandwich it takes these guys 20 minutes. If you go be prepared to sit around for awhile. Fortunately the quality of food is worth the wait!

Consistently great sandwiches. It’s been several years since I’ve been here and I stopped in for a nostalgic Super Beef. They did not disappoint. There’s a reason Jimbo’s has outlasted every other restaurant that has tried to hold the same location.

Been living in Tewksbury for 10 years and have been getting food here for a while. It’s open late and the food is always fresh and delicious. Today I ordered lunch for delivery. Called at 12pm, it was here by 12:30pm. Excellent.

Definitly an underrated place, Jimbos has been my go to place for subs, especially a good buffalo chicken sub, for years. Their portions are generous, the price is right, and the food tastes great. Not to mention, their late night hours on Fridays and Saturdays are very convenient when the munchies hit.

So we ended up in a part of the state that we are totally unfamiliar with and need to find a place to eat. We avoid the chains when at all possible and try to stick with local joints. The GPS lists all the usual chain and … Jimbo’s. Come on, with a name like«Jimbo’s Famous Roast Beef and Seafood» what could go wrong? Sounds legit, right? So we drove by and when we saw the«open ’til 3AM» sign in the window, we knew had found our lunch spot. Anyplace that is open until 3AM has to serve some pretty good, greasy late night fare, right? And I think there is a college around here someplace… Ordered a couple of big roast beef sandwiches, one with sauce, one without, rings and cheese fries. Rings were very good, lightly battered, nice and crunchy(not like those things you get at Burger King). Fries were pretty standard and covered with that cheese-sauce stuff you get at any rest area snack bar. But really, what did we expect? And no complaints, they were good, too. The sandwiches made it for us. Mine had the sauce — pretty similar to the sauce you get at Arby’s — but the bun was nicely toasted and the meat was great — not fatty, pink and tender and a huge stack of it. The wife’s sandwich was plain(no sauce, no condiments) but just as good. Definitely worth a stop in, if you are in the area. Bet that place is jammed come last call.

This place has really gone downhill over the years. I placed a $ 50 order tonight and their online menu states their calzones come with fris, onion rings or salad. When I had my whole order placed she then informs me that the online menu is wrong(this menu is right from their business). I then say, «well since it’s right from your business, you should honor what it says»…even got the owner on the phone. No go … So, they’d rather loose a $ 50 order, customers etc… over a batch of fris that probably cost them a dollar??? Alrighty then… We won’t be back & I live in town so will be sure to spread the word about this. Good luck Jimbos… you’re going to need it! May I suggest a class in business management because no offense… you don’t let a &50 order go & customers over a dollar batch of fris that is listed on YOUR menu. Your food is NOT that good! lol! Ummmm bye bye now :)
