I spoke with the manager today. She blamed me. Just like the other review from Joseph. I got no where. By the way one of their therapists has inappropriate and unprofessional conversations with his patients. I will never go to tewksbury elements or any elements again! Beware. Go somewhere else and you will get a better massage, better service for less. With no strings attached.

I am a very very picky person. I’ve been hunting around for the perfect masseuse for about 3 years now. I’ve tried several places from boston, to malden, to lowell, to methuen. and I have finally found my piece of HEAVEN! Sarah’s young and I see her monthly now. I’ve been to her about 4 times, and I recommend asking for her! I have seen two massage therapists at this office, and both of them are different, but their massages are rewarding and relaxation. The staff are super friendly, and the ambiance is calming. I try to recommend Elements to all my friends. Wonderful place.

Excellent — I typically go to Balance Spa, but wanted a last minute massage and Elements had an opening. I had a deep tissue massage with Sadie and it was absolutely phenomenal. She was able to give me the level of pressure I wanted, and I was very pleased. I have no idea about the other therapists, but can highly recommend Sadie. I received a discount as a first-time customer, and was only asked once if I’d be interested in a membership, which I was also pleased with. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that the normal prices(non membership) are slightly more than Balance Spa, but Elements doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, including: locker room and steam room, peaceful, quiet waiting area, and great receptionists(the receptionists seemed unamused and were kind of lame). Overall: Elements, 4 stars, Sadie individually, 5 stars

WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! The massage quality is consistently low. It’s not as good as you think a chain store should have. This place looks nice, but you are here for massage. They hire lots inexperience therapists. Unless you know someone good, there’s about 80% chance that your’ll have the service that you think you’ll do a even better job yourself. Sometimes, it gets worse when the therapist is not only inexperienced but also unprofessional. There was once I tried a new therapist I never worked with. I guess my only mistake was to kindly remind the therapist that she hurts me for more than once.(Usually I would think a therapist could the client’s feedback pretty well) But the old lady gave me a lecture in the whole session after I kindly remind her that she hurt me. In the end, she refused to provide me a hot towel, claiming it’s company policy they don’t provide hot towels anymore. After she took my tips, she gave me a bottle water which I later figured out it’s already OPENED and filled up(probably with some bad stuffs I guess) After I finish my membership, I won’t go back anymore! For $ 59, I can get better massage in other places!

I had a not so great experience at this massage parlor so I wrote the owner an email. I’m gonna post the email and the response, youwill see that the customer(me) must have been the wrong one. Hi there, My name is Joseph. I had a massage there approx. three weeks ago. My massage was just OK, I asked for trigger point massage and all I got was a sports massage, which is fine for a franchised massage parlor, I needed one last minute on a Sunday, so I went to your shop. I do have one major complaint though. As I’m sure you know, massages are supposed to be relaxing, quiet and therapeutic. I had a 90 minute massage. about 45 minutes into it a fire or burglar alarm went off for about 30 minutes, totally tensing me up and ruining my massage. I believe it was probably from a store adjacent to yours in the Tewksbury location. I am not one to ever complain but with tip I spent about 135 $ and to have my massage ruined is totally unacceptable. I just thought you should know so that you don’t lose another customer. This was the response I got. Hi. Joseph, I my apology goes out to you, I don’t know what happen that day, but I spk to my wife who is a owner, who booked you appt, and she told me you had ask for a sports massage. ask for massage palor comment, I don’t appreciate. it is massage studio. I haven’t had a MANY complaints about my therapist. as for the noise, we has other massages going on at that time and others did not mention anything. and unfortunately you had, and as for next doors alarm going off. they was nothing we could do.
