Great service here today and convenient to our airplane situation. Drove a Fiat and really enjoyed the ride. Anthony did everything just right.

Forced to use Enterprise due to an accident,(someone else hit my unoccupied Malibu) I was told I would have a mid sized vehicle delivered to me at MUSSER Auto Body shop! At 4’11″ I was some what at a loss for words when the rep delivered a PICKUP truck. There was NOT another vehicle available. Rather then call to confirm that this replacement was convenient, they simply made the decision to force me to accept it. My question is this… IF you do not have the fleet to cover your reservations, why even bother to take a res? Here I sit with a vehicle I cannot climb into, much less drive… waiting for a check-in, at the convenience of Enterprise. When, where, how, will I be delivered a replacement? WHO knows and certainly Enterprise does not care. So much for customer service. I think the reps were absent on the day of that class.
