CSR Appliance Repair

I like Spencer at CSR but do nothing unless he CONFIRMS the COMPLETE JOB for not more than $ 100-​$$ 125 for 30 minutes; he knows what he is doing and I just paid him in full for nothing because he came out with his little brother. Make sure the Taxing Authorities are aware he is also charging everybody tax on labor! I will send them a Notice too.
The problem is his marketing company, McKinney Appliances or Appliances of McKinney, I will post other reviews on the Office System where the assignment is recorded. Best Buys sold me the Gold Wall Oven (Xmas Gift/​Wife), then did not show up, then said 45 days… The charged me delivery and install but had me pick it up from Pacific Sales in Flower Mound so I was having this firm take care of it for Christmas. Nightmare!
They quoted $ 170 and were trying to have me pay on the phone with a Card, Best Buys took/​owes me $ 159.99 for delivery& install with haul away. I just said I can pay when they come. I recorded the $ 170 was total, it included no delivery, but it did have uncrate, old oven removal, installation and haul away, but they would see the unit before any other salvage credit as my oven works and they could sell it (several hundred).
I picked it up. Being a contractor, shut off the circuit-​fuse and removed the old oven. Uncrated and brought the new oven in but my wife, «Grandma» could not help me lift it into the hole. The Whirlpool Gold exchange unit DID NOT FIT the Whirlpool opening as those morons promised so that left me in the workshop. Framed in the opening, bought aluminum thresholds and painted them glossy black to match, and made up my own trim kit to fix that mess (Looks perfect now). They wanted hundreds for a special order kit I did for about $ 12.
So this guy charges not $ 170 but $ 184, shows up alone so I have to lift it into the hole myself, says the price excludes haul away because he did not bring his trailer (had a pick up truck) and would not pay salvage, used my Wire Caps, electrical tape and essentially charged $ 184 to twist 3 wires together and was gone in about 30 minutes leaving us to deal with the gaping holes above and below the unit (I had framed the bottom to support the load).What a sham.
All things considered, this has been a complete rip off to say the least. All their nonsense about «FIT» and installation leaves the consumer out on a plank; it just gets worse when the unsuspecting consumers calls to ask it be installed; but the fact «Grandma» married a Contractor means she did OK. Merry Christmas Honey, bake on.
