Didn’t care much for the experience here. First off they were not answering the phone for a delivery order. I got a response from the restaurant that they were having phone trouble that was fixed on Thursday. I ordered on Friday, and they must have still been having problems. I decided to drive over to the restaurant and from the time I walked in until the time I left was approximately 40 minutes. The food was OK but not worth the 40 minute wait. I decided to give two stars because the portions were pretty good in size. That was the only positive thing I had from the experience.

I had the rib tips, coleslaw, Mac and cheese, and chess pie. Rib tips had great flavor. The sauce was smoky and a little spicy as opposed to sweet, which I liked. I wish they had been a little more tender, but I bet if I hadn’t come in right at open that they would’ve been. Mac and cheese reminded me of my mom’s, which was comforting, and the come slaw was creamy and delicious. The chess pie was the star for me. DELICIOUS. Crust was buttery, flaky, and amazing. Perfect amount of sweetness and egginess. Customer service was great. Everyone was very friendly.

My middle school cafeteria food tasted better than the pulled pork and macaroni. Also, I’m positive Doritos don’t count as «Homemade Chips». Didn’t take a debit card. Only redeeming quality was the very good BBQ sauce. I’m not trying to be a hater, I was just very disappointed.

Went 6pm on a Wednesday. Hours said 11 – 9. Doors were locked no one answered the phone.

OMG… the Chess pie is PHENOMENAL!!! Great BBQ too! The décor feels like you are at someone’s house having dinner — they were SO hospitable and welcoming! Will DEFINITELY be back MANY, MANY times for more!

Awesome BBQ from a local joint. Portions are pretty big, and all the meat has the great slow cooked and smoked taste. Sauce is a little sweet with just enough of a kick of spicyness. I’ll definitely be back to check out the pulled pork.

Wow! Great BBQ. The rib tips were fantastic. The shish-kabobs are wonderful. This has got be the best place for barbecue in the area. The interior is clean and comfortable and the moment you walk in, you immediately smell the slow cooked meat. Great stuff!

Wow! Fantastic BBQ! Between the tender meat and the sauce you can’t go buy from a store, they definitely have a taste hit anyone who likes good bbq should experience! I’ll add a pic of the rib tips we had. Excellentness.

This is a great place if you want to feel like you’re eating BBQ at someone’s house. The dining area is very small; it probably seats 10 at the most. The service treats you like family. And the food tastes very home-made. We tried the chicken, the ribs, and the pulled pork sandwich. They all came smothered in a thick, sweet, and lightly spicy sauce. The menu has a few other meat items and a handful of sides(coleslaw, baked beans, potato salad, etc.). If you order a soda, they’ll give you an actual can, not a watered down fountain drink. As I said, the dining area is small. Given the menu and the number of seats, this is an ideal place to buy some take-out picnic food, especially because they serve your food almost immediately, with very little waiting. The service was as quick as fast food, but the meat was definitely slow cooked and made with care. Go early. We went at 7pm and they were almost out of food.
