This is the worst Internet service I have ever experienced, and the customer service is terrible too. Service is spotty at best, consistently inconsistent, and often completely out. To make matters worse, I can’t even get anyone on the phone at TWC to report outages. I had to have the Better Business Bureau mail a complaint letter because I couldn’t access it online. It should be criminal to charge full rates when service is out more than it is on; bills should be prorated based on time used. Or better yet, why don’t they just use some of that money to improve infrastructure?
