I’m a Starbucks addict and I love Starbucks. I take my drink very seriously. I came to this location to have my usual drink before hitting the road to Nashville. It wasn’t busy and I was second in line till it piled up to 5−6−7 people behind me. There was 5 people working behind the counter and the line didn’t moved. The workers did more yapping to each other while walking back and forth. The customer behind me took off, which I understand because there was no one taking orders! I’ve been to many Starbucks during busy hours with only 3 people working behind the counter and they got things done fast, neatly and professionally, both drive-thru and inside service. I suggest they need more training. The customer service and my Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato wasn’t great either! Very sloppy job! I would never go back to this location next time I’m in Terre Haute.

Just stopped in there for a quick snack and drink. There was no one in line but the staff (3 of them) were going back and forth about the register. After making the purchase for my snack and a large caramel frappuccino I got back on I70. As I began to drink it I noticed a black curved line on the inside of the cup. Upon further examination long behold was a hair inside my drink (disgusting). This is the only negative experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. Definitely try and avoid this location, it felt like a circus show behind the counter.

Starbucks coffee is pretty awful all around regardless of where I go. If you order one of their coffee drinks in this Starbucks, it’s just about as awful as the ones in St. Louis or in Kansas City; every Starbucks where I have gone has never given me a drink that I liked. If you buy the frappuccinos in the jars, you’re pretty safe. I can drink and tolerate those if I must drink anything from Starbucks.
The workers are always nice and helpful, and I like that about this Starbucks, but the coffee and coffee drinks are just awful.

This is my second favorite Starbucks in town. Nothing wrong with the coffee preparation, though the last time I was here, mine did taste a little burnt. The worst part is just the location itself! It’s very small and the lot was not designed well for having a drive thru. Parking is difficult and the drive-thru line is usually backed up behind the building and almost to Margaret. This is the Starbucks closest to 70 which probably has something to do with it. If you’ve got extra time, save yourself the hassle and drive down to the Starbucks by Kroger.

Love Starbucks all the time in the city but when on the road and trying to make time a drive-thru is awesome. Driving west and having to make a u-turn to get there is a bit awkward but they were really fast on delivery. If you are driving west on I-70 be sure to make a right at the exit. There is a sign for Starbucks to go to the left but you want this one!

So I pretty much go to Starbucks everyday and my summer time drink is grande iced caramel macchiato with light ice and extra caramel. On a road trip I needs some caffeine and stopped at my beloved for my usual and the rudest barista ever proceeded to give me a lesson on how to order my drink. I was so appalled, I still can’t believe I actually paid for me drink there. Obviously I’m not from there, but if by chance I’m passing through I would never go here!

Just like any starbucks… Highly Needed and Good every time!
If you neeeeeed that pick-me up, they got you!, it is really quick and always a stop when I’m on my way to Dayton, OH from St Louis! It’s right off the highway so I grab some gas and definitely STARBUCKS! LOVE IT!
I usually get a Venti white chocolate mocha with an extra pump of white chocolate, If I’m tired and don’t think i can finish the drive I have always made it after that! :)

Great location right by I-70. Very fast and efficient service. No complaints. Got the order perfectly and no long wait for the beverage. Just zipped on through here, through the drive-through in fact, but worth the five star review. If I get a chance to visit the interior, I’ll try to remember to update my review. :)

I was two hours into my 7.5 hour drive after a weekend in the ‘ville and I decided I needed a drink. No, not of the alcoholic kind… tisk, tisk. I also had to use the loo, and Starbucks is always a good bet for a bathroom and drink, so I stopped. They had to have broken on how quickly they made my grande soy, Chai latte… I ordered it, I checked in on Unilocal and while my phone was working (for a smart phone it is quite dumb…) my drink was ready to go! Piping hot too! And it didn’t take too much time out of my drive!

Absolutely convenient location — easy off and back in I70. I had a very simple drink: grande nonfat latte. It is not great. Not as tasty as the same drink when I get it at the Intech Commons location on the NW side of Indy

Great Starbucks, right across the street from a gas station, and right off the highway.
Clean bathrooms, helpful staff.
Also, only the second Starbucks you’ll see driving cross country from LA.

Yeah for small town Starbucks in the middle of 8 hour car rides! We stopped here on our drive from Indianapolis, IN to Springfield, MO. Ordered a Chai Latte and a Peppermint Mocha. Quick service. Accurate drinks. Clean bathrooms. Make sure you use a Starbucks pre-loaded Gift Card (even if you just buy one for yourself). After a certain number of uses, you get a free flavor shot EVERY time you go to Starbucks. For flavored mocha lovers like me, that’s a $.40 cent saving each visit. Adds up, it does.
